Remarks

Alliance School of Business is accredited by International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), USA which ensures quality business education. Moreover, I had heard high praises about the college from a few alumni of the college and its placement record from the past few years have been great hence I opted for the college.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Alliance believes in experiential learning more than anything and hence it is a major part of the curriculum here. Students can chose their specialisations from Marketing, Human Resource Management, Operations Management and Finance based on which they have to do an internship as well as a dissertation. Guest lectures, field visits, case study analysis, classroom projects and exercises are an important part of the learning methodology here.

Placement Experience

3.5

Since I had joined in 2020, I had done a good scan of the placements of 2019 in which the highest package went up to 22.6 lac and the average was of 7.6 lacs which honestly I found to be decent enough. Some of the top recruiters that visit the campus are Nestle, Federal Bank, BYJU's, Oracle, Godrej, Ernst & Young, Cadbury, Loreal, Mondelez, IBM and more. 380+ companies were a part of the placement drive and around 93% students were placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee of the course is 13,50,000 lacs which includes a virtual fee of 25,000 and processing fee of 25,000. The fee can be paid in three instalments of 4 lacs, 4.5 lacs and 4.5 lacs respectively. This is not inclusive of mess or hostel charges.

Campus Life

4

The university has a beautiful lush green campus of more than 50 acres that one can explore. The most exciting part of the campus life are the various student run clubs that organise activities that one can partake or even just enjoy. Few of these clubs are Prometheus, Marketrix (Marketing Club), Genesis (Organizational Leadership and Strategy Club), and Praxeis (Operations Management Club)

Placement Experience:

Since we are going into our 2nd year, our batch hasn't been through campus placement yet. Based on previous batch records, though, students are typically eligible for placements from the 4th trimester onwards, once internships are completed. GIBS had a strong track record, with over 200+ companies visiting campus, including names like Amazon, Accenture, Wipro, Mahindra Finance, etc. The highest package offered was around 20 LPA, and average package was around 8.3 LPA

The areas they have to improve is on industial visit shound done every 2 month not in 1 year. The teaching Method should be more didital. The Frequency and Timing of exam at 12pm noon . The ecam level is less difificult if you study.

College provides a proper assistance for placements, all students gets placed, exception of 2-3 students are there, placements starts for summer internship one two months after entering the college, the procee is on till maximum of students gets placed. In and arround 50-80 companies visit campus for hiring and offers is made to every possible students eligible. Highest package stands at 18 lakhs and is between 10 to 11 lakhs. Nearly every students gets placed, exception of 2-3 students are there. Ambition and aspiration in my views changes as time proceeds, so I believe in short term goal making, though my plans post degree is to get placed in an MNC to kickstart my career from good position, where learning graph is very high.
