Remarks

Heritage Institute of Technology has accreditations and approvals from NBA ,NAAC and AICTE. The placements and infrastructure facilities are good enough. Students have affordable fees also. The admission is merit based on CAT scores and graduation is the minimum eligibility.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is industry aligned. The main reason for choosing this course is to go abroad and secure a career abroad. The faculties are academically high in qualifications. The exams are conducted at the end and mid semester.

Placement Experience

Placements are good . 70 % students get placed in the campus and students get proper training from the college itself. INR 16LPA was the top salary offer. The prominent recruiters are Wipro, Tata, TCS, IBM, HDFC Bank etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

INR 664000 is the fees for the MBA course. Economically weaker students are eligible for fee concessions and tuition fee waiver. There are Merit scholarships, Merit cum Means based scholarships and government scholarships allotted to students.

Honest Review of BIBS

Likes

The professor is very friendly and helpful. Infrastructure here is very good with wifi and smart boards.
Students which are poor in studies and other , they help u to get it better on it .
They help you to creat team bonding by organize, events like startup challenges and many more.

Dislikes

Placement for digital marketing and BADS here is very poor . Other deperment has good placement . The placement is good only for Marketing then followed by finances.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the course only because of our HOD, but after completing my course, he left the course. He has helped us with all the things like web development and seo skills. By doing it practically for every student, he offers a domain for every student. I had difficulty with Google Ads & meta ads because it was taught by another faculty. The exam times were different by 3 months.

Likes

7 lakes of the college a beautiful campus.
Infrastructure of campus like lecture room, hostel, library etc.
College life is so joyful there are many fest organised by different society.

Dislikes

Very rush campus life, fast forward life.
Old hostels are not that good as new hostel.
Nearest Railway station and airport are much far away from the college.

Placement Experience:

The college avg. Placement is 32 lakh per annum. The median is 35 lakh per annum. The college publishes the placement report every year. The placement numbers are not inflated. Many MNCs come for the placement. For details, you can check the college placement report.

Remarks:

overall, my journey here was amazing and I am enjoying here. although I got placed but the faculty members are still available to foster me with good understanding. Along with this the facilities like canteen where the food is good and tasty and the international tours organised by the college authority helped me to gain insight into the internationally well structured plan.

Heritage - A Review for Peers

I applied to SRM and BIT. I did not choose SRM because the fees were too high and rejected BIT because the infrastructure was not as good as Heritage, although the fee structure was same. To get admission in Heritage, one must clear WBJEE or JEE. Cutoff ranks differ in each department In 2021, for Biotechnology, the cutoff rank was 15000. I applied to plenty of state engineering colleges and only made it to UIT, BU which has awful facilities and a good ragging culture. So I opted out and went to a private college. Among private colleges, as far as I know, WB, IEM and Heritage are considered to be better. IEM's strict uniform code, zero campuses made me choose Heritage over IEM.
