Remarks
The admission process was a little bit hectic because of the number of students present. The management seemed to be a little irresponsible to carry out the admission process seamlessly. Everything else was fine.
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as it is very rewarding and I am very curious about computers. Each class has around 60 Students. Most of the faculty have PhDs and master degrees but their teaching methods lack in some areas. The term exams were back to back, and there was no time for the students to prepare because our semester was shortened. The paper was a little bit difficult as there was no choice and it was very lengthy overall.
Internships Opportunities
Internship opportunities are very rare in the college. The students have to find an internship for themselves. College generally does not help in the process. However, if the internship is provided it is for a small role.
Placement Experience
From the third year onwards we become eligible for campus placement. A maximum number of students gets placed from cs and IT branches but the ratio of placement is far less to other branches. Highest package-30 lpa by amazon. Average package-4.5 LPA Lowest package-lies between 2-3 LPA. Top recruiter companies are zoom, TCL, Wipro, etc. .
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of our college are Rs. 151000 per year, which includes charges for the facilities which are not provided also. The management is poor. Scholarships are provided by the state government and central government, like UP scholarship.
Campus Life
Every year there are at least 2 to 3 tech fests and fests are organised. There is one central library and a few other small libraries present int campus for different streams . A lot of different books by famous authors are present there. There are no amenities in the classroom.
