The Eligibility Criteria for all the courses in this college is dependent upon KIITEE which is there own entrance exam. Everyone who is thinking of getting into KIIT must give this exam as this is the only exam through which they take in admissions. B.tech in Computer science is one of the most in demand courses in India right now with ample job oppurtunities and good career scope, and also because I had a quite intrest about coding and stuff. Faculty:Student ration is like 1 faculty per 80 students (approx). So the class size is quite large All the facultiess have high qualifications like Msc or even Phd and but dont expect any new kind of teaching methods from them as compared to school. Mainly 2 exams are conducted in every semester they are mid-semester(30 marks) exams and end-semester(50 marks) exams. The difficulty level was intermidiate. One has to study for atleast 2weeks to atleast get class average

Companies offering interships are Lern and Build , Apni Academy, Tech brain etc. They provide various kind of roles from video editing , graphics desingning, UI/UX designing Data Science, Web developement, Data engineer etc. The companies give us the chance to work in their companies depending upon interviews and the projects that we have made

Campus placements begin as the 7th semester starts and continues till the middle of 8th semester. Many big companies like amazon microsoft google visit KIIT. WIth the highest pacakage of 52 lakhs offered by Goldman Sachs this year. Highest package offered is 52 LPA and average being close to 8 LPA Almost 90% of the students get placed thorugh on-campus and off-camous oppurtunities I plan to aim for an MBA degree from a reputed college after completing my B.tech from KIIT

Fees have been nearly the same for last few years with 1.75 Lakhs tuition fees per semester for 8 semester which equals to 14 lakhs in total. So it is in need costly to study in KIIT. No particular name is given to the scholarship policy. Two types of students can avail it: 1.) Who have secured a rank between 1 to 150 in KIITEE 2.)Those who have financial problems and have total annunal family income of less than 5 lakhs.

The anuual fest at KIIT is known as KIITFEST and is organisd every year. It is one of the largest fests in Eastern paradise of India.It is generally held after the 1st year students first come to campus. Availability of books is more than enogh with a large 4 storeyed central library with dedicated floors to different branches of B.tech in KIIT. The library is open 24*7 every week. Not only study books but various others journals are also available. Ammenities in classrooms are good with central ac in every room which is a great releif in summer. But the rooms are a bit small . Sports in KIIT are very good with great oppurtunities for players and great feilds and stadiums to play or practice in. There are quite a few unofficial websites made by students from where one can get all the required notes and assignments and practicals easily.

Facilities provided in the hostel rooms include a single bed, pillow a blanket a study table and chair and finally a cubbord for storage purposes.The bathrooms are always cleaned everyday between 7 to 11 AM . The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a fixed menu which is followed every week with 3 or 4 days non veg that is meat is is of pretty standard quality. Registration for hostels begin after the university send a official mail to every new student. Choice is given between a/c and non a/c and 3 ,2 or 1 bedded rooms and we need to choose according to our convention. For 3 bedded non a/c it is 28000 Rs per semester and 50000 Rs per semester for 3 bedded a/c and 65000 for 1 bedded a/c and 60000 for 2 bedded a/c . Mess fees is around 22500 Rs per semester seperately
