Remarks
KIIT takes admission in 2 ways. The 1st method is JEE Mains and 2nd way is , it has its own Entrance Exam (KIITEE). The closing KIITEE rank for Btech in cse is 5000-5500 .The JEE main cutoff for KIIT is 90 but you can simply give the entrance exam because it is easier than mains because scoring 90 percentile in mains can be challenging. you can simply find the Appliaction form in the KIIT official website and the application form is free of cost.I dont think that there i any reservation system in the college. After you cracked the exam you have to submit 75k to the college in provided time.this amount is for books, laptop and councilling charge. It is a good college and placements in cse is also good . So Best of luck guys.
Course Curriculum Overview
i chose CSE as i researched about the college before admission that if i am getting CSE then only it will be worth but its not truw because one student from ECE got hishest placement and offcourse its only one. There are many faculties present for one class.like for LAB classes there are 3 Faculties present at a time.the proffessors are highly qualified and the most loving thing is that they are very friendly in nature means you can literllay call them at 10 pm and ask your doubt. There are 2 main exams .1st Midsem , this exam helds after 2 months from your semester starts and the question comes from the proffessors notes only so you dont have to search anywhere.and at the semester end their is a End sem.
Placement Experience
The college is able to provide a good placements to all of their students. most of the students gets 5-6 LPA but a good cgpa student is always allowed to sit for a good placements and if he is able to crack it then bingo.the highest pakage offered is 40 lpa and the lowest is 3,5 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
As i am persuing Btech CSE .my fees is 175000 per semester so the total for 4 yrs stands 14,00,000 and now comes to the hostel fees which depends upon the type of room you opt for like as i have choosen 3 bedded non AC the fees is 28000 and mess charge is 22500 and a one time registration charge of 15000 so it is really a expensive college . Their is also scholarship option and if you rank among 1000 you will be contacted through Email by them.
Campus Life
The campus life is the most amazing experience as it is a eco friendly campus and full of trees, flowers and fields. The library is opened till evening so if you are studious then you can sit there and study peacefully.
