SSN School of Management is Really a Excellent B school in Tamil Nadu. But Many corporates have Listed our school in Tier and Tier 3, due to various reasons. Hence the Management of SSN should Take suitable Action Plan to Include us in Tier 1 B school.

TANCET 38 Marks. I got this college because i attended the counselling session on First day. I selected this college Because this was one of the Top 3 colleges in Tamil Nadu for MBA under TANCET.
Course Curriculum Overview
Excellent course, but was under the Control of Anna university. If it was a Standalone B school it would be really a Excellent school for MBA in chennai.
Internships Opportunities
Internship was Really Good but there were no Paid Internships. Many companies offered a Internships and also Job offers at the End of the Program. Many startups really showed their interest with us.
Placement Experience
Placement was Okay, but less than Expected. The main Recruiter here is HCL since its an HCL Family college.Others are Cococola, Nestle, ITC, Dell, CUB, TCS, WIPRO, ZOHO, BNYMellon, Beroe and so on. Highest package will be 6Lacks CTC and the average would be 3.
College Events
We have a Lot of cultural and Management festival event in our college. But Dhaksha is our Main Festival. This s our college symposium for MBA. Apart from these we are also a Part of Madras Management Association.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fees is Nominal Here. Books and Hostel fees is also Included in this. We get a Very Good Scholarship from the Management of SSN if we really deserve it in terms of Academics. Apart from this The Government of Tamil Nadu also Waivers Tuition fees for Students Belonging to SC/ST, BC/MBC candidates if their family annual salary is less than one Lack Indian rupees.

Campus Life
Everything is Fine with SSN but we dont know the Reason why ssn is not going Standalone. Regarding UG courses we are the Leaders in India and Tamil Nadu. There is a Very good career opportunity if you spend few years here. we Get a Freedom for college Life here. There is no Dress code or any unwanted compulsion here which usually happens in all Leading schools. Academics and Sports are Very Excellent here. I always call ssn as Mini IIT or an NIT.
Alumni/Alumna
We have an Excellent alumni network here. Every year we gather Together in our college and we share Many things. Our college also supports, the Network by various Means. we are the only Indian college to have an Alumni Network in US. Our alumini Network and Portal helps us in Getting Jobs, Philanthropy, and in Venture capitalizing.
Exam Structure
Strictly Anna Univ Structure. Since we were under the control of Anna univ we had to follow the Traditional Lab syllabus which was Slightly outdated. Moreover there was no experienced faculty to Teach Business analytics and R which is the Recent Trend In Management.
Faculty
Excellent Experienced Faculty. Most of the were Retired People from Leading Indian Companies. We also had a Pool of Management consultants as Visiting Faculty who specializes in Particular Subject.
