Remarks
The process of admission starts with the WBJEE exam. Students who are qualified wbjee are eligible to appear in the counseling process and have to choose the preferred b.tech streams. Finally, the particular streams are allowed wholly on the basis of one's rank and choice. The application form can be found on the WBJEE websites. The application fee is Rs. 500.
Course Curriculum Overview
Computer Science is very much interesting to me because it is all about coding and making various projects related to that. Faculty:student = 8:45(approx). Faculty members are very much talented and experienced in their respective fields. Many of them have done Ph.D. from various reputed universities like IITs, NITs, and also from abroad. Every year we have two semesters and in total 8 semesters in four years.
Internships Opportunities
Various internships have been got by our seniors and grabbed high packages in various tech companies like Microsoft, DE Shaw, TCS, Wipro, and in various small startups. Many seniors have done various projects on web and app development, etc.
Placement Experience
We have had very good placement records since last year. Most of the students got placed in our CSE department in major companies and have got huge packages. Most of them cracked IITs, NITs, etc, Also, many of them cracked CAT exams.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees structure of our college is 6000/sem. Various scholarships are present such as SVMCM, oasis, aikyasree, etc. Many recruiters come to our college for placement such as Byjus, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, etc.
Campus Life
Various annual fest and tech fest are conducted by our college which includes, Tech-o-nicks, coding, hackathon, etc. The Annual fest includes Esparenza. We have a big library with books on every topic of interest, various international journals, etc.
