This is what I see in my college

I filled out the REAP form which is the Rajasthan engineering admission process and under REAP many colleges in Rajasthan give admission to students who have passed the 12th class or are appearing for the same bachelor's degree of Engineering or Architecture The application form will be available online on its official website and the admission is conducted on the basis of a merit list that includes 12th percentage and JEE Mains marks. The Applications will be available in the 2nd week of May 2022. The fee is expected to be INR 700.

I chose this course because I was interested in computer science, in the Tech field, building apps and websites used to excite me and the course curriculum here is quite good here. you will be provided with very little knowledge you need to know for your field and I must say that the faculty members here are very experienced and knowledgeable. They not only teach subjects but are also good at motivating and supporting students. Their teaching method is quite simple and easily understandable though not every teacher becomes able to engage students in interactivity. talking about term exams they will be three Midterm exams called as MTTs before every main Sem exam and I won't say that passing these exams was difficult at all. Students are provided with question banks and other materials before the exam which makes it easy to write the answers in the exam.

As the industry experience is concerned our college focuses very well on this field and even tries to get us internships in good companies. Our college itself collaborated with google for a Google cloud foundation internship where we were mentored in the field of google cloud.

The placements here are very good. Faculties try their best to get every student placed. From the 7th-semester students become eligible for campus placement. MNC companies like Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Bill desk, HCL, ZS associates etcetera come here for hiring. the Avg. placement is 4.5 LPA and many students get more than 10 LPA also. Some also got above 20 LPA. The students are well prepared and mentored 3-4 months before placement drives through daily practices and assignments so that they crack interviews. Not only in the tech field students are helped with their management and communication skills. The placement percentage here is 100. Almost every student gets placed because at last, our performance depends on the struggle we do, college just shows us the disciplined way of going ahead or sometimes it's only for a degree. After getting the degree I'm planning for higher studies.

As the fees structure and scholarship is concerned before every semester we were given timelines to avail the scholarships on fees of every sem which was up to 10-20% and I think it makes it convenient for the students. Talking about campus placements I would say this is the best thing here because every faculty including HODs and Director Sir leaves no stone unturned for students placement. 3-4 months before placement drives faculties start mentoring students in every field(Tech, management, communication skills) through daily practices, assignments etcetera. A big number of companies come here for hiring including companies hiring in bulk giving avg. package of 4.5 LPA and Big Fang companies who take a lesser no. of students giving avg package of 20 LPA or above. Till the end of the 4th year, every student gets placed. So I would say the placement process here is quite good.

If I were asked about the social life here in JECRC I would proudly say that this college has plenty of social clubs and tech clubs. There is a well-managed team for every sport, every activity like for Dance there is Enigma and Khalas Bhangra, As in sports, there are Football teams, and volleyball teams, cricket, and badminton teams as well. Abhyudaya is the social arm of JECRC which consist of 4 social groups. First is the Suhasini group- an initiative for women's empowerment and child development. Zarurat group teaches underprivileged and backward areas children daily for free. Such a group takes care of nature and the environment organizes cleanliness drives lastly, the Aashayein group organizes blood donation camps and helps hospitals and individuals in need of blood. Now coming to tech clubs, Xenanoids and Robotics are the tech clubs, and RTBI is the Entrepreneurship Cell of this college that organizes Hackathons. Our Annual fest is Renassaince which takes place on a huge level.

The Campus hostels have very big and airy rooms which are only three-seater for girls and for boys, there are two hostels one is of two-seater rooms and other is of three-seater. The campus hostels are easily affordable as compared to other hostels and have all the facilities like separate cupboards, tables, and chairs, an attached bathroom, and the cooler facility is also available in summers. There is one big Mess for everyone residing in the hostel which provides quite good quality food 4 times a day(breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner). The menu is fixed here but it kind of contains everything like south Indian, fast-food sometimes, and some special dishes on fests. There is even ground for playing where we can play games like badminton etc.
