Admission process was smooth. Eligibility is Wbjee exam rank, On Wbjee site, I was from OBC, only helped in securing Wbjee examination rank, Everything seems good as of now, as one of my friends brother recently took admission here.

Got this course based on my Wbjee rank, wanted Mechanical branch but end up loving Information Technology, Faculty : Students ratio = 20:90 (average per department, eg. Information Technology), Above MTech and few are Associate professors and Professors pursuing Ph.D. and having Ph.D. respectively, Every 6 months ( for me, exam was not tough. Can't say about others as I have also seen few of friends got backlogs which I never got throughout entire 4 years)

I only sit for full-time, and apart from that I was freelancer back then and earning money online. Overall, there is option for internship and other opportunities to earn money but since I haven't opted for any kind of internship back then I won't be able to describe it further. On an average counting my friends who got such opportunities Offered from TCS for 3 months with salary 23000/month when he was in 3rd year.

5th - 7th semester, Microsoft, Deloitte, Amazon, TCS , Wipro, Amdocs etc., Highest package - 12, average package - 4 ( at that time), Branchwise: IT - 85%, CSE - 90%, Mech - 75%, Civil - 55%, ECE - 80%, EEE - 75%.

Scholarship not available Fee Structure is comparably very less than the south Indian institutes/universities/Colleges Also, if you come from very poor family I suggest you to prepare hard for West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination and secure at least rank less than 200 and get Jadavpur University which is Tier 1 college in terms of education, fees, infrastructure and faculty members over there Their annual fee is less than 15000 including hostel.

Tech fest organized by tech club - Phoenix (where I was the president for the year 2017-2019 session) and I was only responsible to organize annual tech fest Avenir, Brainstormed(quiz), Ahvahan Organized by cultural team - Cultural fest, IEEE - Annual summit for many things There is a central library for all the books that are part of curriculum, but at that time journals were not there don't know about now Annual sports covers all and Phoenix is there for other tech related activities.
