Eligibility of B.Tech in Galgotias University is by Qualifying exam: GEEE/JEE/UPSEE and minimum 60% in class 12th. The admission process can be done online on Galgotias University's website or can be done at the University.
Course Curriculum Overview
I have chosen this course because of my interest in technology and computers. The faculty to student ratio is decent, most of the Faculty members are Ph.D. in terms of study, and all teachers are willing to help if the student wants to study. There are three sessional exams which have a gap of one month, passing the exams is not that hard.
Internships Opportunities
internships are provided by the university every year(paid and unpaid) and students can also go with an off-campus internships. Projects are mandatory every year so that students get a strong cv for the placement.
Placement Experience
galimatias university provides placement to almost 90% of the students most of the students are placed by mass recruiters such as TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc. some students also get placed in servid=ce placed by companies such as Amazon, Byjus, Airtel, etc.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fee of Galgotias University is average as compared to the fees of other private colleges. The first-year fee is taken at the time of admission Second-year fee is taken before the end-term exam of the second semester, and so on for the Third and Fourth years.
Campus Life
Manifest is the annual feast of the university which is hosted in Galgotias College Campus 1. Dextrin is the tech fest it is a hackathon conducted every year at the University. University has two libraries one in A block (Air-conditioned) and the other in B block. All classrooms are equipped with a centralized air conditioning system(which is not working), there are enough seats for the students, there are enough power sockets in the class under each table, and all classrooms are equipped with projectors. A lot of sorts are available in the university like cricket, football, volleyball, basketball, badminton, Billiards, etc. Lots of clubs are available like GMT, Techno Jam, Nevada, etc. some unofficial Instagram pages are also run by students.
