Course Curriculum Overview
As I wanted to study Agriculture science and it is a very good education pathway. I believe in the innovation and revolution of agriculture. Faculty: student ratio is adequate. Quality education is delivered, theoretically as well as practically. The college does have separate Farm fields and practical experienced faculty. The faculties are qualified up to the doctorate level, PhD and research and M.Sc. level. The term exam is scheduled time after the completion of the term syllabus mainly after 5 months, and fair reading time is provided for term exams. The agriculture course is quite lengthy, but it's easy to cover the syllabus and can take exams easily.
Internships Opportunities
Parul University has also offered me the position of Social Media Coordinator with the College of Agriculture, Parul University at the Department of Branding and Media Relation Officials, where I have to handle all the official social media handles of the College of Agriculture, Parul University and I have pleased them with my sterling work. GFSC, IFFCO, OrigoIndia, Agrostar, ICICI Bank, Byjus and many more. Stipend may vary approx. 20000-40000 THERE MAY BE INVOLVEMENT OF BOND. We had a project of Development of Polyhouse in which had scientifically cultivated capsicum and broccoli.
Placement Experience
100% placements in all the best companies, I will study abroad in Canada, Agribusiness Management which is one year Ontario Graduate certificate program in January 2023 intake at Fanshawe College after that I will opt for a 1 plus 1 program in the same college as Conestoga College, for Project management or supply chain management.
Fees and Financial Aid
After 2 years, the fees get hiked by 10000 and hostel fees hiked without any limit, in the year 2018 it was 59000 and now (at present) year 2022 it hiked to 75000 excluding the access to Gym and Swimming pool. Campus Life
There are a lot many events and celebrations and the expo takes place. DHOOM an Annual fest, tech expo and projection (India's largest tech fest) and other college events are organised, not only this, there are pu talks where motivational speakers and eminent personalities are invited to motivate students and movie promotion also takes place. There is 1 big main central library and reading room cum hall in the administrative block and each Faculty College has an individual library and reading room. There are smart classes including projectors and other advanced hospitality. There is a dedicated sports club for volleyball, basketball, badminton, swimming, cricket ground, football ground and many more. There are indoor games also available. There are several groups run by students. Some are run by the Faculty of Social Work.
Hostel Facilities
Bed and a kit are provided including soap, lock, bucket, mug, bedsheet and cover, cushion, fans and tube lights and high-speed unlimited Wifi. There are hostel mess available but only accessible by hostelites. But a huge food court and canteens are available and open for all. The registration process is the same as the addmission process. The locality is also good new the university in limda and waghodia road. The rooms depend on personal choices.
