But I had to get into a college, and I wanted one in Mumbai. Amity University Mumbai seemed to be a right choice. It offered direct admissions, which was of great relief for a student like me. I had applied to manipal university, nmims university and amity University. And I honestly I loved the subjects and the curriculum the best here in amity. Moreover, the course that I was interested in had just started in manipal and nmims university hence I wasn't sure about how the course would turn out and amity on the other hand had this course for over 5-6 years which gave me the confidence in the effectiveness of the course. I got accepted to manipal and because of some technical glitch during my entrance for nmims, I got rejected from there. Eligibility: 60% and above in 12th boards. Students who have completed their 12th irrespective of any stream can apply. All the details of the application form, fees, and dates can be found on their website- Not sure about the reservation benefits but after you apply, you would be assigned to an admission counselor who guides you throughout the admission process and clears all doubts. Regarding the application process, there is an entrance exam that wasn't related to the course, it included essay writing on any general knowledge topics. After which there was an interview where they ask basic questions related to the course such as, why did you opt for this course? Who is the father of psychology. This college is really amazing. The placement facility is really good. The faculty is also very nice. The infrastructure is very big and there are a lot of good facilities available for the students.
