Remarks

I joined the Bannari Amman Institute of Technology through Tamilnadu Engineering Admission which is conducted by Tamilnadu Government. I didn't write any entrance exams to get admission. My Engineering cutoff is 174.81

Nearly 95% of the students get placement every year at Bannari Amman Institute of Technology. 30lpa is the highest package offered in 2021. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Zoho, TCS, Wipro, etc. The top course offered by our college is CSE, ECE with the intake of 240.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure in Bannari Amman Institute of Technology was average by considering other engineering colleges in Tamilnadu. It is around 175000 ruppes per year including a hostel. I availed First Graduate Scholarship of 27500 ruppes.

Campus Life

Wifi, Labs, a Digital library, and smart classrooms were available in our college. 24/7 Wifi facilities are available in our college hostel. Food supplies in our college were of fantastic quality. Medical centre was available inside the college which was working 24 hours a day.

Hostel Facilities

There are separated hostels for boys and girls. And the hostels are alloted according to the year of studying. NRI hostel facilities can be availed. Very good maintenance of Hostel where I have never seen before.

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

Placement Experience:

From the very entry into your third year, you will be eligible to most of the placements. The training provided is very exquisite and some of the trainings start as early as 1st year. 2026 highest package was 55LPA. Many companies like from product companies like Microsoft, Capgemini to service based companies like TCS, INFOSYS etc.. visit our campus for regular placements. About 98% of people placed as far as I have heard.

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.
