Remarks

I took admitted to the college through my class 12th Score. They ask you for PCM aggregate in this process and if it's greater than 90 or something you can get Computer Science. You can directly ask the college administration about the admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The overall curriculum is Okay. It is affiliated with Abdul Kalam Technical University The faculty is well qualified but in the end, it depends on how much hard work you do. You can crack good placements if you work hard and your skills matter in the end. Even if you are from a non-CSE branch you can go for its placements.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Many companies hire interns as they enter the college for placement. For example, when Amazon visits the campus they do not take full-placed students they first go for interns and it's their work which decides whether one will get placement or not.

Placement Experience

The highest package offered off campus is more than a crore and on campus it is 35-40Lpa. Many big companies visit the college and from semester 6 companies start coming to college. There is 100% placement in Computer Science branches(provided they want placements)

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees per annum are approximately 130k and if you opt for a hostel then the hostel is 1Lpa. There is the fees and for a scholarship, you can directly ask the college administration there is an opportunity for the Economically weaker section as well and one can be given relaxation on the tuition fees

Campus Life

This is the weakest aspect of college There are no fests which are conducted in the college The Library is nice you can easily avail the books which are there in the library. There are cultural and technical societies which conduct events

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More
