All you need to know about THE KIIT UNIVERSITY.

For admission to KIIT UNIVERSITY, we have to give an entrance test which is KIITEE. You have to score quite well for a good rank which will give you the branch of your choice. Eligibility for the course is a minimum of 60 percent in 12th boards that's all. All the details are given at www.kiitee.ac.in. As it is a private college no reservations are there. The admission process is quite good and according to me, no improvements are required.

The course curriculum is very good as it is one of the best courses with high placement opportunities. The faculty is very much helpful and kind. They will clear all your doubts. The faculty-to-student ratio is around 1:30. Most of the faculties are well-qualified from prestigious colleges and have very very good work experiences with high degrees. And as per the exams term, the exam is held 2 times per semester which is the mid-semester and end-semester exam. Passing the exam is very easy if you do a little bit of hard work.

From 3rd year, students are eligible for campus placements and internships. The placement is very good with an average of 8 LPA. The highest package this year is around 55Lpa. Companies like Microsoft, and Amazon are some of the best companies to give jobs. Most students get recruited by companies like Wipro, Deloitte, etc. Around 300 companies visit every year to give jobs. The percentage of students placed is around 100.

As per the B Tech course, the fee here is 1400000 which is quite high but trust me if you will do hard work this fee will pay off. And the fees mostly don't hike. The scholarship, kit provides a lot of scholarships like the KIITEE merit scholarship which is given to students who secure a rank between 1-1000 in the KITEE entrance exam. The top-rank holder fees are fully waived. And many more scholarships are also there for well-deserving students.

Campus Life is one of the best features of this college. It is a huge campus full of greenery. We have a sculpture garden, garden library and many more. Every month many workshops and events are performed and the grand annual fest which is KIIT FEST also occurs where many cultural activities are performed. Celebrities are also invited, trust me I can't express it. We have a central library along with different other libraries where all books are available. Classrooms are huge and well developed with wifi connection and big screens. The kit is also known for producing a lot of sports alumni and it is mostly famous for its sports facilities. We have our cricket ground and most state and international sporting events are done here. Many societies are also there in which you can participate in your interests.

We have a separate hostel for boys which is the king's palace and for girls queen's Castle. The rooms are quite big with a choice of ac and non. It is fully connected with wifi, the mess is also connected to the hostels and very good food is served there. Registration for a hostel is done during the admission process and it is quite affordable. Pg or rented rooms are quite hard to find according to me. Trust me you will enjoy yourself better in the hostels.
