Remarks
The admissions of the college are quite good, Admissions are based on the Andhra Pradesh state-level entrance test called AP-EAMCET. The number of seats allocated for the regular students is 65 and 7 seats are filled in the 2nd year for the students who completed their diploma 3-year course earlier. So a total of 72 seats are filled in each of the 6 branches.
Course Curriculum Overview
There will be two sessional tests for each semester from which the internal marks for 40 were taken. The semester exam will be for 60 marks and the standard of the question paper will be high. One should have high knowledge of the subject to pass the semester exams.
Internships Opportunities
The companies provide internships with stipends mostly in the 7th or 8th semester. Students who are selected or placed will get the internship from their respective companies and the others have to make on their own by doing any of the projects and they too maximum get recruited for the same companies in which they have done internships
Placement Experience
90% of the students got placed. the college last year. The students will get trained in their 6th semester for placements by the college itself. Many IT companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra etc and many core companies as per the branches will be visiting our campus for hiring the students. One of the students from the CSE department got offered a 12 LPA is the highest of this year and the average package is 5.2 LPA. Some of the students prepare for the PG entrance exams like GATE, CAT etc...
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fee for the students will be from 18000 to 25000 according to the year of studying. The eligible students for Jagananna Vidya Deevena can avail of their full tuition fee reimbursement. The job opportunities on the campus are very high, almost 90% of the students got placed in various tech companies and many core companies also hire students from the campus
Campus Life
There are many clubs that are maintained by students in the college like a coding club, photography club, cultural club, and c-cube club. The college website was designed and handled by students. Students are encouraged to participate in various activities like NCC, NSS and other social campaigns
Hostel Facilities
The University hostel here is very well maintained for a reasonable fee. There are 2 membered and 4 membered rooms available in the hostels. The food in the hostel is very rich and nutritious with two eggs daily and chicken three times a week. The hostel and the campus full of greenery and will be having a hill view ground just before the hostel block
