Remarks

I got the information about Lucknow University through my friend. I am pursuing B.com from this university. I am very lucky that I am studying in a government college. Form fees were Rs800. We got the eligibility criteria and application form and much more information from the official website i.e. www.lkouniv.in. Lucknow University is overall a good University. We got admitted to university on merit basis of class 12th due to Covid-19.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B.com because I was from a commerce background and this course was understandable to me. Our faculty is very cooperative and helpful. There are six semesters in 3 years. There is not so much difficulty in exams.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 32000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like Wipro, Mahindra, Indian Overseas Bank, State Bank of India, NSA, ICICI BANK, BYJUS, Amazon, HCL, Infosys provide internships. NCC campus, scouting gamps are also available in the university.

Placement Experience

In UG students becomes eligible for placement in 6th semester and in PG students become eligible for placement in 3rd semester. 80% of students get placement. The average package of the placement is 120000 annually.

Fees and Financial Aid

Studying at a government University is affordable. Many internships are offered. The fee structure of B.com regular is 5000 per semester approx and B.com Hons.is 28000 per semester. I like the fee structure.

Campus Life

There are two libraries in the university one is a cyber library and the other is the normal one. There is a gym facility at the university. The sports ground is there. Students of the University make a group to help the students.

College Life

Likes

Infrastructure and college staff support
Distance is very less and the process of admission is very smooth
Management was quite good and helpful and supportive

Dislikes

the buildings need renovation and nothing much

Course Curriculum Overview:

there are only practical are helde but I haven't joined any of the curriculum activity and there are only classes Ihave attended so there no expriance of the curriculum and for the difficulty level I haven't found any issue

Professors are very good and they come on time no need of any improvement in faculty.
Campus Life is also good and the quality of social interaction is very well with teachers and classmates both.In a very less time
Infrastructure is okay okay from inside they are working on it. Outside is best

Dislikes

that they didn't require honours courses.

• In the second year they become eligible university offers placements and the selected students who get qualifiy they will get. • tata, infosys etc.they made the offers. • 5 -8 Lakh per annum • I don't have any idea about it because it's my first year • My plans is to pursue the C.S course and after that M.B.A

My honest college review.

Likes

The assignment work is good and we obtain good marks in practicals.
The teaching method of our faculty is good.
The infrastructure of my college is good and the environment is fresh and peaceful.

Dislikes

There is no internship. The students cannot get experience of some other works
Lack of networking ,if we want to discuss about business ideas or other ,then no one is very active on these topics. I am writing about students not about teachers.
No other things about my college which i don't like.

Placement Experience:

If you want to join this college for a better placement so you should join another college or university because this college is for those who want just a graduation degree and prepare for some other courses like CA,CMA,CFA or other. I am not sure about the highest or average package as per company but i want to clear that this college is not for those who want to complete their graduation and start earning.

Our class room did not have AC they only have fan which are very old

Nice college for the greenery in campus and some faculty is so good and cooperative with students.

Likes

The atmosphere of the college is too good.
The canteen where we all students can sit and enjoy our meals.
The teachers who taught us very well about the related subjects.

Dislikes

Less functions in the college in night so the students can enjoy.
More assignments are given by the teachers.
There is 25 rupee fine on having absent in the college for day.

Placement Experience:

I have availed the yearly course so in 3rd year I am eligible for the campus placement. The companies came are just dial , utkarsh bank , icici bank , tech mahindra, etc. came for the placement. The highest package is of 5 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3 lakhs per annum .

It is all positive I thought when i completed my 12th tgat how can i adjust myself when i will pursue graduation how will the students be of that college, There were many questions running in my mind But after taking admission in this. Remarks:

This college is affiliated by Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University and that is a good college so obviously this college will also be better. This years entrance exam has been done in very free and fair manner. No cheating, no source and no third party enrollment and only who passed the examination, got admission.

The addmission process is very simple, you need to give JEE mains examination and then you need to participate in UPTAC counselling.
