Remarks

I took an entrance exam and scored about 170/200 marks and after that, I interviewed them and finally selected a course in computer science. I also got the benefits of being a Middle-Class student of OBC. Such as scholarships and fee refunds etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The exams were fair and probably hard but in my case, I used to study early in the morning. The teachers there used to teach in such a well manner that you cannot forget it in your life again. And I still remember how funny the teachers were and the fun lectures with them. I saw hope in computer science and job availability in this Course after consulting with a counsellor.

Placement Experience

5

About 70-80 per cent of students got placements and I also got a placement. My plan after getting the degree was to get a well-paid job of 6-7lac per year on average. But I got an even better job with 12lac per year.

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees were a bit higher compared to Jaipur but they were pretty much worth it. They also gave me a scholarship for being an OBC. Which made me save roundabout 1000 per month and a free book too. Considering these all for 4 years, I've saved a ton of money.

Campus Life

4.5

There were too many clubs to choose from and free Wi-Fi for students in the library. I took the Opportunity and joined a club named Sci-fi life. And believe me, it was a well-made club. Though I did not take part in any sports or events.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The hostel was not that much worth but I used to live with three students which later became my friends and we studied together. The rooms were not that good because they sometimes used to smell. But the food was the tastiest I've ever eaten out of Jaipur.

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs
