Remarks

I took comedk exam to join this college .i got 20,000 rank in non Karnataka region category. The admission process was so easy i paid my fees online and came here for counseling i just filled an registration form as their college new student . Because this registration will give u official login credentials to the students ERP portal which means where u can pay the fees check it marks and attendance and lot more

I choose computer science and engineering becaus i am very interested in dealing with ethical hacking so inorder to get there i choose computer science and engineering and the faculty is too good and they will explain all the doubts and there are some faculty who will teach little bit badly but anyway the teachers i got till now we're good only. The exams were medium to pass every 6 months will be having 1 Semester exam and for every semester will be having two mid exams and they will scale that mid exams to internals

The college will have internship program between every academic year so we can get an internship program in this place . There will be a caed and making with electronics,Design thinking subjects which they are based on project making and social community

Students campus placement program begins from seventh semester and so many companies have visited several times this campus they will visit every year based on how many students that they got placed in that previous year.The highest package toll date was 19 lakhs per annum and 100percentage students are getting placed every year plans after getting the package is. The fees is about 2,25000 per a management student and the fees for comedk is they will decide by a year and kcet will decide their fees every year.At present i am pursuing my 2nd year so till now i haven't got any placement i will get my placement in my 6th semester

Student freshers party is conducted in November 2022 and the college founder day program also conducted in November 2022 The library is too good so that u can have any books regarding ur course which solves your doubts The class room is good and will have projector in it the language subject like c, python,Java will be taught through the projector.Evwry year there will be a sports meet will be held on the campus.in this college there are 21 clubs that are maintained by the students which they will organise multiple events to find talent from students.

Academic Curriculum- they constantly upgrade the subjects which needs to be taught
Labs - very well equipped labs for all branches.
You can choose to drop a lab and do it in winter break or summer break

Dislikes

very less holidays only 3rd saturday is holiday and they dont give holidays for jayantis and all
Auto drivers near the college. this is pure daylight robbery

Placement Experience:

From your 7th semester you become eligible to get placed and it is mandatory to get internship before you get placed which the college helps you to get and around 400-500 companies visit, and a good amount of offers are made by them. The average package stands somewhere around 11LPA -12LPA and the highest goes to 50LPA-60LPA and the median stands around 9-10LPA.

Faculties are highly experienced and ready to help all the time
Good infrastructure with well equipped labs, library, sports

Dislikes

Washrooms need to be clean and good to use especially for girls hygiene it has to be good
Hostel food is not that great and needs improvement in the quality of food
Thought schedule everyday hard to cope up with everything

Yes our college provide placements, from final year that is 7th semester they will allow for placements, Many companies visited our college like tcs, Cognizant, indegene, microland etc and average package is 400000 and highest is 1500000 it given by oracle, Nearly 60 percent students got that is either in both technical and non technical jobs, my plans to join a IT company

Placement support : Strong placement record: SVIT hasa good placement record ,with many students securing in top - tier companies like TCS , Wipro , Accenture, Infosys,. The college guidence through placement offers traning .

Dislikes

Collaborative Environment : Group project and assignment is core elements of curriculum with many course designed to involve group work and collaborative projects.
Cultural Activities : Are not celebrated more in semister
Collaborative learning : Communication barrier in larger teams especially working with different backgrounds or academic disciplines.

The placement at SVIT Bengaluru area quite impressive , especially in the technical field like Computer science, Civil, Electrical and Machanical Engineering.The college has a dedicated placement cell that students get the best opportunities for internship and final placement .At SVIT , Students typically become eligible for campus placement from the 7 th semester . However, the placement cell starts preparing students for interview and skill development from the 5 th semester onwards though mock interview , resume - building workshops , and personality development session.SVIT Bengaluru has strong industry connection , especially in the IT and engineering sectors .some of the companies that regularly visit the campus recruitment includes. TCS , Infosys , Wipro, Congnizant, Accenture,IBM, Capgemini ,Tech Mahendra , Amazon.High- package : The highest salary package offered in recent year was around 15 - 18 lakhs per annum for candidates . Average package: The average salary package offered is ar8 4- 5 lakhs per annum. The placement rates at SVIT is consistently high . Less fees but wonderful knowledgeful experience

Particular teaching subject wise was not so clear.
Placement training courses coding wise was not that good.
Water facility sometimes was not good but it was ok nothing to dislike

Placement Experience:

1. From 7th semester onwards placement activities start. But from 1st semester itself they start training. 2. Windcare, Rinexx, Wipro, Infosys, A1 fence, Microdegree, Intellipath and so on. 3. Intellipath offers 10 lakh per annum and so on. 4. 85 percent students where getting placed. 5. To start my own venture.

From the end of 6th semester students become eligible for campus placemets.Many companies visit the campus including Oracle, UI path, etc offering students interships and full time jobs.The highest package offered to the student is 50 lakh per annum from UI Path and the average package of CSE branch is around 10lakh. Nearly 93% of students are placed in various companies.My plans after graduation is to grab a good on campus placement and look forward to my other goals in my life.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

Before joining my current college I had not applied to any colleges because I was trying to join to Kcet but still I had right to apply for New Horizon and Ramaiah which costed me it me more so I joined CMR. Yes I got rejected from kcet. The CMR which I choose because I compared placement campus life distance faculty fee structure and student reviews. The eligibility to the course is not much in demand. u can be into the course with only 45% in PCM in 12th class and the modes of addmission are kcet, comdek and management quota.
