Entrance Preview

I took TNEA entrance exam but I get a very good rank by which I can get any good college like IITs or NITs then through advertisements I came to know about the MAMCE. This has one of the largest campuses in India and it also the largest single campus university.

Campus Life

2.5

The crowd belongs to the elite class, obviously as they only would be able to bear the fees of this college. There are a few spoilt brats trying to bully others but in general the crowd is decent and friendly. People come from all parts . Crowd is lively and cheerful which makes the campus life happening.

Hostel Facilities

3

The college provides excellent hostel facilities and makes sure that all those who need accommodation gets one. The hostels are like residential apartments and the rooms are very well furnished. The rooms are available as single or 2/3/4 sharing and you’ve to pay accordingly.

Faculty

3

The faculty at M.A.M college of engineering can be rated as average at best, with almost equal numbers of senior and junior professors teaching here. The faculties taking climatology, landscape and conservation are among the good teachers, while the rest are just about okay.

The curriculum is relevant and provides a good balance of theoretical knowledge and practical learning. It prepares students for real-world applications, but more industry projects, practical sessions, and updated teaching methods would help. Exams are generally well-spaced and moderately difficult.

Placements are generally decent, with students becoming eligible from the final year. Several companies visit for recruitment, offering roles in technical and non-technical fields. Packages vary by company, and placement opportunities depend on skills and performance. Many students secure jobs, while others pursue higher studies or competitive exams.
