Course Curriculum Overview

Actually, I want to learn about both software and hardware so I have chosen this course. faculty and students ratio will be 8:2.about the quality of the faculty is the master's degree and PhD.about teaching is not that bad because there are some faculties that don't even know stuff about the subjects they are teaching. other than a semester for a month they will contact 3 pre-exams.

Class Size: 41Course Fees: INR 65000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees would differ for college quota and management quota. for the college quota while I studied they cost 65000 per year but on the first, they cost 10000 extra. for the management quota fee would be 130k.about scholarships, they would conduct a scholarship exam before admission. only on CTS did some of my fellows got selected other than that no one has got placed in any company.

Campus Life

I couldn't remember the exact month but there would be lots of tech fest. the annual fest would be conducted in the month of January. in the library, every book will be available there. they will conduct every sports event. about extra curriculum, there will be a lot.

Admission

Eligibility for the course is 70% for government quota and for management quota, they will take u if you had 50%.in the admission department we can find the application form. admission process there is the same as everywhere. The process is already good there.

you cannot exit campus before 3.15 pm under any circumstances

The placements are very decent and they provide internships as early career opportunities as well in 3rd year of studies and the college possess high conversion rates through these internships which support the resume with actual corporate exposure

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

High fees the government college but charging high fees making it difficult for students from lower income background to access quality education
often have limited seats dealing to intense competition and disappointment for some students

Placement Experience:

From 5 th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placements. Lots of companies. The highest package is 26 lakhs and the average package is 1.5 lakhs. 98% of students get placed. Doing my best in a career as an entrepreneur.

Life At SNS COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING

When I approached many reputed Institutions in coimbatore Minimum they askes for about 10 lakhs of donation and fees didn't include. Fees was the major obstacle why i didn’t choose other reputed college. When i reaches other college they were not up to standards and placement was very poor.
