Remarks
It's a very good college to study Engineering in the mainstream. It can be considered as a prestigious Universities of India.
Entrance Preview
AIEEE - 2008 I opted for this college because of its esteemed faculty and eco-friendly campus having all the facilities within the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview
It was too good with respect to the faculty that we had over there. They were pretty knowledgeable and were open for any cross questions. They used to help us in understanding the market problems and how to overcome that. Course structure used to cover the latest curriculum.
Internships Opportunities
Not Any. College doesn't use to provide Internship but yeah they used to organize it by calling internal IT Lab called Innovators Lab.
Placement Experience
Placement in KIIT University was awesome. We used to get big giants visiting on Day 0 of campus placement. Google, SAP Labs, TCS, Accenture, Deloitte were among few of the top recruiters of our college. The average package used to be 5 LPA and maximum used to be 10-12 LPA.
College Events
We used to have annual fest named Kritansh where our used to have both cultural and technical programs throughout the day. There are various events of college wherein people used to collaborate and get to know each other. It was tremendous time with my college people.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure used to be a bit of higher but as per the clear curriculum and well-skilled faculty, it used to be fine in charging for such a faculty inside of the college. I completed my degree course at 7.2 lacs by the time I had it done. Now it may be even more than that.
Fees and Financial Aid
No, we didn't have any scholarship as such for Admission in our college.
Hostel Facilities
Not Good. It used to just fine but as of now is changed to a fast. Hostel facilities are supportive and good but as the college was bit extended, even the hostel is the bit far than expected. Average rentals for PG over there used to be between Rs. 4000-5000.
Alumni/Alumna
Nothing, just keep on visiting the places the way you are doing it.
Exam Structure
Exams used to happen semester wise in our college. They used to be 8 in total each of which used to be in every half yearly. Labs are too chilled out. We used to enjoy in our Lab classes more than theory ones. We used to have almost 3 days of Lab classes and 3 days of theory.
Admission
After getting my AIEEE score card, I went through counseling and from there I got KIIT University for my academics. From there I went to college and enrolled there by paying Admission fees and got admission. This is how I got admission in my college KIIT University.
Faculty
The Faculty was too good. They used to sit and understand the problems faced by students and used to resolve their problem with utmost interest and used to devote their time to the fullest. We had few faculty who were awarded by India most prestigious award in the education industry.
