Dislikes

Management is very much slow when it comes to anything like paper correction or any other official works, they don't even know that their is some work pending in their hands

Course Curriculum Overview

In Information Technology or say Computer Science there is nothing to stop due to external issues related to industrial movements, all were required only all those IT development teams in their company to handle the software-related tasks smoothly with time. Faculty also supports all the students in their curriculum and academics as well.

Class Size: 85Course Fees: INR 16631 per year

Placement Experience

4.5

From sem 7th campus placements will get started for all the final year students and to sit for every single company placement there should be all 60% and above now in every exam right from 10th till last semester. Visited TCS company and also got their offer letter from them for the NINJA profile. The average package is 5 LPA and the highest package is 13.5 LPA. 70-80 % of students got placed from our college up till now.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees depend on the caste by which caste you belong, Scholarships were there but only by the reputed colleges they keep like the colleges which belong to tire 1 or tire 2 as such. Some colleges also have the installment pattern as well to support the students due to their needs and push them forward towards learning way. And scholarships are available here.

Campus Life

SPORTEC (sports fest), and ANTARANG (cultural fest) are there in Feb. or March in the college. Lots of educational books were available in the library for students to help to study without any fees. There are almost 4-5 copies of every book present in the library. The benches were very comfortable and the ventilation of fresh air is also there. CSI & ISTE are the technical groups that were present there in college to give you knowledge regarding computing and coding related.

Admission

I had taken MH-CET and from that percentile, I got admission to Mumbai University College. MH-CET or JEE-MAINS is very important to apply for any Bachelor of Engineering degree. Competition is very in such exams of the entrance. So have to work hard to crack a good decent college for engineering.

Faculty : The faculty members are knowledgeable , supportive and approachable they guide students in academics practical learning projects and all the other activities
Infrastructure : The college has modern infrastructure well equipped computer labs digital classrooms Wi-Fi a good library and hostel facilities
The gender ratio is also fairly balanced with active participation from both girls and boys in academics events competitions and extracurricular activities

Dislikes

I have had a very positive experience at my college and currently have no major dislikes or complaints
Overall I am satisfied with my college experience and have nothing specific to dislike
My college experience has been positive and I look forward to more Learning opportunities

Placement Experience:

The college provides placement guidance and career development supports to students prepare for employment opportunities. Students receive guidance to improve their technical knowledge communication skills and prepare for the interview. The college has placement opportunities with various well reputed companies and placements sell works towards helping students build their careers.

Environment in college is so good we are encouraged and everything is well in discipline
Infrastructure of the college is best also they maintain hygiene everywhere possible
Teachers aree good and supportive, they help and explain us and are there for us whenever needed

Dislikes

Campus is small this is the only issue I guess

Placement Experience:

As I am currently in my first year, I cannot comment on the actual placement results yet. I plan to develop my coding skills, work on practical projects, and participate in internships and hackathons to improve my employability. My goal is to secure a good placement in the IT industry after completing my B.Tech in Computer Science.

College campus is the most beautiful thing and is favorite among the students
College culture, the amount of events and extra curriculars offered are unbeatable.
The learning facilities are top notch, from labs to classrooms everything is great.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have completed degree in Computer science with Al and analytics as specialization, considering that the course is very relevant and industry specific, there are often industry visits and mentor sessions to learn real time. The exams are conducted thrice every semester two exams are of 20 marks each and final is of 60 marks, the diffculty level is easy to moderate and it also varies student to student.

Likes

The campus of our college is very nice. Everywhere there is greenary.
Faculty of each and every subject is very supportive and solves students doubt immediately

Dislikes

The lectures get cancelled any time so the localites day gets very hectic.

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year atudents becomes eligible for placements if he/she has developed or built proper skills. Many companies like Wipro, Flipkart, Amazon, etc. visit and there are a lot of offers made every year.

I loved the library and canteen of the college
College community is quite good no ragging is done
Faculties are strict but at the same time they are supportive as well

Dislikes

Small Campus not very interesting can be done on that place
Curriculum is as same as tier 3 colleges not very interesting and does not match to those of other colleges like VJTI
Placement cell is not very active they don't provide internship

Placement Experience:

After 4th year students are eligible for campus placement. Capgemini, wipro, accenture are the top companies visited here and the highest package offered was 30lpa. As of now the placement percentage is 80% and rest go for off campus. And even I'll try to go for Off campus

VNIT NAGPUR : The All You Need To Know

Reputation of College great outside as it is a National Institute
VNIT being a campus of 250 Acre has a very lush green campus.
Great Alumni Network Of the College so you required any help there are alumni sitting in every corner of world.

Dislikes

Lot of Workload..The prof of VNIT are very strict towards acads.
Some old building of College are not renovated yet.
There should be more than one canteen in college.

Placement Experience:

College's Training and Placement Cell is very active in providing placement to the students. Many esteemed companies like Google,Oracle, De Shaw, Goldman Sachs,etc. visit our campus and provides hand on packages and Interns to the students.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Exam pattern is quite easy to pass as there is relative grading.
There are multiple events and clubs to participate
From SY only class is about 2-4 hrs everyday and Saturday-Sunday holidays

Dislikes

Metallurgy department Class room's are very small and old
Hostel food sucks tbh, only on sundays we get an option to eat non veg.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for pre-placement and after 7-8 semester most of them get place.About 228 companies visited in our college and 530 students were placed.The highest offer made was 87 lacs and averages placement was 12lacs.For metallurgy it was 20lacs and average was 8.5 lacs.About 76.26% students were placed this year. I will look for good package if i don't get then i will start preparing for gate/gre exam for my master.

College infrastructure is small. it may become boring
It has old curriculum therefore it doesn't help in active jobs

As I have mentioned previously as curriculum is old with old syllabus you may find it irrelevant. As curriculum is old you may not find useful in active jobs You may need to find extra other courses in college

I applied for this college bcoz I want ai&ds branch and this branch is available in this college. And i checked all colleges nearby me so in thane there were no colleges were look good or has that much facilities shown in google and in central line there are some colleges but they has minority like Muslim, gujrati, christian and all in western line it will be far too regular travelling bcoz of family concern they not ready for hostel so I have to go for new mumbai colleges bcoz my relatives also live there so they concern me to check thane or new mumbai side college so in new mumbai that time I see only that college has those branch and my percentile of cet that time was 85 percentile something so in first list i got selected for sc ladies seat in those branch there are only 1 seat for ladies in those category so I got this so I thought it would be ok so I freeze those seat and get a admission by admission process in college so basically i didn't get rejected by any college. But that time while admission there are restrictions that only online payment will accepted so that time my family wasn't use online payment we was prefering cash so we have to request relatives to pay via online and then we give them cash so that part was terrifying And there are so many processes while admission 1st time.and not that all process in one floor another floors with another classrooms that was headache part bcoz we are with our parents that time .
