According to me, college is very good, faculties are very good but they need improvement in there management staff. Although this college is too good.
Entrance Preview
I took RPET exam which is currently known as REEP and i score 9727 rank in that perticular exam.I opt this college becouse it is in my home town and also an government (Autonomous) institute with a ranking of 3rd best college in rajasthan according to RPET website in year 2014.
Course Curriculum Overview
Technically, as i see the course structure is very good.According to my experiance i can say that before i got admission in this college i have no knowledge of computer, and now i can design my own website, write my own codes in java, c, c++, etc. And in Research field there is no scope in this college. Focus on research is very poor.
Internships Opportunities
Yes it provides internship but about stipend i have no knowledge because i don't know why students have less intrest to persue internship at this college. That is the weak point of my college they never encourage students for internship from this institution.
Placement Experience
Placements are quite well from last 3 years i have seen. Companiees like infosys, TCS, TATA motors, wipro, bajaj, infotech etc. Are visited to campus and give jobs to students with avrage package from 1.5 lakhs to 12 laks per year. College Events
There are many events and extra carricular activities always on going in the college. Most polpular events are Sakshma, dristi, sports meet, NCC marathon, blood donation camp, Educational tours. This events are held every year. And there are quiz compitions also. Recently there is an new event called Algorithmik-17 which is an coding compition based on algorithms.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Maybe or maybe not, becausse i am from a poor family so for me it is very expensive. But as compared to other institutes it is feasible. Fee structure is 35000/- per samester as a total fee. And hostel fee is 4000/- per year. And there is an extra 1200/- as exam fees in every samester taken by university RTU kota.
Fees and Financial Aid
No there is no scholarships and loan offered by college but there are schlarships offered by state government like utar metric chatarwarti by social and justice rights department rajasthan. And all the other government schlorship schemes are applicable. Loans can be taken individual by banks.
Campus Life
Gender ratio is appriciable in this college for example in computer science department there are 98 students in 3rd year out of which 47 are girls and 51 are boys. There are a lot of extra curricular stuff like debates, robotics compititions, hackethon, coading compitions, sports meet, indoor games, outdoor games, computer games compition like counter strike and minimiltria. And all this compititons are very good.
Hostel Facilities
As we know that mess food is always an mess. Noone likes it as compare to home. But i will ensure everyone that in college hostel mess they serves good food. And hostel rooms are comfortable and available on sharing basis. Seats in hostels are always available to student. Number of hostel seats are greate then number of students. Sometimes student can get a whole room without share.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes senior students are very helpful. They help us in every situation. In educational as well as in coordination with faculties. I can say that there is no such a thing like ragging. Seniors help you as much as they can.
Exam Structure
As we can see that the word exam is like a fear to every student normally, so sometimes it was a chiiled out day on exam or sometimes it becomes hectic. And when we talk about lab excersises then it was very frequent because it's syllabus structure is properly defined so it will never burden us.
Admission
After the result declaration of RPET-2014, in july-2014 Technical department realse a notification to fill seats in all the engineering colleges of rajsthan through RPET-2014 score.I took part in that Counseling and get alloted an SFS(self funded seat) in computer science department of engineering college. Technical department rajasthan conduct this Counseling in two rounds known as first round and spot round, i got my seat in spot round.
Faculty
Well, All the faculties who teaches us are highly qualified with P.hd degree, And the knowledge they have is outstanding for me. They teach me everything what i wanted with a friendly nature. Although there are some guest faculties also with M.tech degrees. They also teaches well.
