The college is awesome with very good infrastructure. The part of the law school which I love the most is the library. Also the curriculum is followed very strictly. We have our own standard time known as SST (Symbiosis Standards Time) which is 5 minutes ahead of IST
I had written SET (Symbiosis entrance tes). Aspirants who have cleared SET are called for PI-WAT, a written cum personal interview test. The love for the subject called law and especially the philosophy of law made me join this course.
The course and curriculum is excellent, almost every week we have guest lectures from noteble professors and professionals from all across the globe. College has a very good Research and Publications Cell, which guides and assists learner’s in writing and framing their research papers, scholarly articles, case comments and many more things.
Yes, every student has to do two internships in one academic year which makes it total of ten internships in five years. The Training and Placement Cell of the college takes care of this. The winter internship is of six weeks followed by the summer internship of eight weeks.
A very good Tranning and Placement Cell, which takes care of the internships and placements of the students. Almost all the top law firms visit the college and we have number of students placed with top law firms.
The fee is INR 2,35,000 for one academic year which comprises two semesters.
As I said before all the faculty members are very interactive and supportive and talking about their qualifications,it is public on the website of the college. So the student teacher bonding is superb.
I choose this course because I am interested in law. There are 350 students in my batch and the faculty is very good. Friendly in nature. All faculty members are graduated from the best universities with so many skills. All have their best teaching methods. In one year we have to give the exams 2 times. To pass the exams you have to be clear with your basics.
Placements happen in the final year. Before that, a lot of internships are provided to the student depending on their attendance which should be about 75%. Companies like Khaitan, NGO, Supreme Court of India are provided to students for their internships.
Usually average placements take place in our department of law but due to the pandemic situation we were not given any such opportunity. Highest placement till now in our law department was 4 LPA. Companies visited back when our seniors got placed was Hinduja. Since I have not got that opportunity I don't that placement cell do put efforts to bring companies and give their students an opportunity.
Most of the students are more inclined towards judiciary and BHU intakes also known as the Judge Factory of India. The law school is quite new regarding the placement though the law school has been teaching law for more than 100 years the placement cell was established recently in 2014 and the cell is working quite hard to bring companies. The cell also provides quite a number of internships as I have witnessed in my 1 semester but I am not very much aware of the placement as only 2 batches have passed out only. So it needs some time to show some results.
This university is best in LLB. So we take admission in this and its better then any university we know so choose them. They give campus selection and job for student before course complete you sholud choose the best of the best so we choose this.
Yess we attempt the admission test and they give rank behalf of our answer and then university provide the colleges cutoff number if you score mature numbers you admission was success.
The admission procedure is done purely on the basis of clat score. I applied for clat and gave the exam in the month of may. I applied for the college after the exams were conducted. Then when the results were out, the college declared its cutoff and I found my name in the merit list.
The college has a placement cell which gives detailed training of how to face an interview, interview etiquettes, it also notifies the students when any company comes in for campus placements. Almost 60-70% of the students get placed with good packages. The college doesnt provide any internship.
I gave CLAT , AILET , GBUET & a personal interview for lloyd law college , i scored pretty decent in all the exams , but this college was the nearest to my college & also the college fees was affordable amongst all private law colleges . Seeing the campus & faculty it was the best for me .
The placements & job opportunities are good enough provides with your extra skill & experience in your respective fields & line of work.
