Remarks

Overall A good environment with some areas pf improvement like bringing more experienced faculties and bringing more advanced infrastructure. Overall you can opt for it.

Entrance Preview

Basically on the JEE marks you can get easy admission, OR You have to sit in the entrance exam which is conducted by the university itself. 60% in 12 is compulsory.

Course Curriculum Overview

B.Tech and Management including other courses available in same campus. I myself B.Tech CSE Full time. Good Faculties and Piratical Labs are abundantly available. Exams are conducted at the toughest level. Overall Good environment for improvement.

Internships Opportunities

It has tie up with some good companies and you will get support for it.

Placement Experience

Placement is normal. Companies come to college at regular basis.

College Events

Its Full of events. Every month something happens that will get you out of your regular busy schedule.

Fee Structure And Facilities

40000 per semester for the B.Tech and other courses fee structure can be taken from their official website

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarships are there for poor students and loans get approved easily for this college.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel Facilities are there. 4 big boys and girls hostel there with capacity of up to 5000-6000 accommodations.

Exam Structure

Exams are properly conducted and you will not feel of any injustice happening between students. so its good.

Faculty

Faculties are highly educated and some of them are awesome. Degree courses are not to study but to get learn new things and they are great at it.

Exploring life at Chandigarh University

Likes

Good and modern campus infrastructure. The university is large, modern with good classrooms, labs, hostels and tec.
Most teachers are knowledgeable, supportive and explain concepts clearly.
The university provides placement drives, training sessions, career guidance and etc.

Dislikes

Large student intake. Due to high number of students, sometimes it can be difficult to get individual attention from faculty.
During peak hours, some areas of the campus can be crowded.
The quality of hostel food is not much satisfying.

Placement Experience:

Placements at Chandigarh University are generally good, with students becoming eligible for campus placements in the later semesters, dependiing on their course. Many companies visit the campus for recruitment, offering roles in IT, engineering, management and other fields. The packages vary by company and profile with some students receiving high packages while others get average entry-level offers. Placement opportunities depend on student skills, academic performance and interview preparation. After completing my degree, I plan to secure a good job in my field, gain practical experience and continue developing my technical and professional skills.

I like the all facilities of my college. I give all the advantages and disadvantages of my education and college.

I also applied for the other college because I thought that in India there are number of colleges which provide better education but some colleges staff could not behave nicely like punjabi university patiala staff. Then I apply for another Coll but they are fake they just took adminission of students and can't provide education. So then my friend suggest me to study at RIMT university because he also studied there and I also like the college and the facilities of the college . The staff and students are very good and I like the system of college. The admission process of my college is they don't take any exam directly take admission. Then they need some certificates and 12th & 10 th marks sheet. So they have proof that student is able to study in a college and they also give 10,20,30 % scholarships to students according to their percentages in board classes ....Read More
