What Students Say
Likes
- The peers and facility were very friendly and supportive.
- Many tech fests were organised to give proper exposure to the students.
- Placements opportunities were also pretty good.
Dislikes
- The infrastructure was pretty disappointing.
- The canteen and cafeteria were not very good.
- The rooms are not properly ventilated and it becomes difficult to sit in some classes during the summers.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course as I was interested in working with Computers. There are a lot of faculties for a single class since the class sizes are not that big, and the teaching is very focused. The faculty is qualified enough to teach students for this particular course work, the teaching method is combined i.e., they use computer labs and notepad to teach.
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to sit in placements from 3rd year onwards, but if they want they can apply for off-campus placements any time, but they need to complete the graduation so student has to manage accordingly. All the students are placed.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost for the total fees is average among all other engineering colleges, but no deduction in fees was done during the COVID time. I found different courses and opportunities from the college like Coursera, personal email, GitHub Pro, etc.
Campus Life
There were not a lot of fests due to COVID, but a lot of societies were still operating on a daily basis even online to keep the students engaged and were working for a common cause. The library is available with good books. college WIFI is available The college also provides a canteen.
Admission
The selection was done on the basis of JEE mains ranking. Eligibility is 12th pass-outs with PCM Application forms can be found on JEE mains website The User interface can be improved and the site crashes can be managed for a better user experience since the application process is majorly online.
