It is one of the best institute to do this course.In my State it is the only University to have this course. One can learn more things practically and can develop their knowledge.
Entrance Preview
I wrote common entrance exam in my university after completion of UG degree.I took merit score to join in this university.There will be personal interview for the students.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course i chosen was M.SC.Bioinformatics.It is one of the research based course in my university.The practical learning was based upon the Micro organisms. The labs are advanced in my university.Many research initiatives are doing by my faculty and students.
Internships Opportunities
My university provide internship according to the department of the students. In my department we went to internship for the Microbiology lab center in Mumbai. It was a wonderful experience.The average stipend amount was three thousand.
Placement Experience
The placement in my university was good. The placement cell committee conducts many seminars on soft skill training and business ethic. Most of the students got placed in the Big companies. More than forty percent of the students got placed every year.
College Events
Technical and ethical events are conducted every year in my university.Cultural Fest are also conducted for affiliated colleges.It is Central Government based university so the fest are conducted in a grand manner.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure was very affordable for me. I paid the amount of ten thousand per year. The transport fee is seven thousand.The hostel fee is twenty thousand per student.
Fees and Financial Aid
My University provide scholarship to the students under many Government Schemes. I avail the scholarship for the M.SC category.It does not helping in getting the loans.
Campus Life
Sports events are conducted every year in my University, Students can show their talents on the cultural Fest. All type of the competitions are conducted for the students with all the facilities.
Hostel Facilities
I am not residing in the hostel.My university have separate hostel for both boys and girls. There are three blocks for the hostel.One for boys under UG, and the other for boys under PG.The third block is for girls.
Alumni/Alumna
The interaction with the alumni are very useful.The university provide the great platform for the student alumni interaction.It really helps in the development of the students.
Exam Structure
The exams are very easy to attend , as I write only three exams per semester. Two exams are based on my Internal assessment and the other one is for practical exam.It was a chill culture for me.
Faculty
The faculty in my university are highly qualified and well experienced staffs. They are very interactive and kind in the class rooms. All the doubts are cleared in the lab session by my staff members.
