Memorable days of my life

Overall It was a good experience studying in this college. There was fun as well but at the same time strictness from faculty helped in managing certain things which are helpful in today's world.

Haryana CET. My state rank was 2709. I chose this college because this was nearest to my home just few kilometers from my home & faculty was renowned.

It was good & as per the guidelines of Kurukshetra University. Curriculum contains all kind of relative subjects from my course & there were few basic subjects in first two semesters which were also helpful like Environmental studies, Biotechnology, Chemistry etc.

There were two internships in my curriculum after completion of 4th Semester & after completion of 6th semester. I did one of them in Chandigarh & another in Delhi which were both paid by me. At that time there was no college placements available for interships.

There were few opportunities during my tenure with the college. Few small cap companies came for placements but there were few joint campus placement programs which helped the students to grab some jobs.

There were timely events in the college. The major one was annual fest which happens every year in April month. This fest invites delicates from other colleges for many competitions like paper presentation, group discussions, Debates, cultural events etc. Another event was annual sports meet, this is intra college only. There were few other competitions which were held on department level.

Fee Structure was feasible in comparison to other colleges. During my college days Fees was around 50, 000 per year & now it is around 90, 000 per year. It is a little expensive these days.

There are no scholarships but loan facility can be availed from banks for the course fee. One of mine friend availed loan facility.

Overall I am satisfied with my college life. There was gender diversity & there were few extra courses which were organized by colleges for personal grooming of students. There were annual fests & sports meet as well.

I was local student, so I did not avail Hostel facility but I had many friends who were out stationed & used to stay in hostel. As per them rooms were Ok & mess food was good.

My seniors were quite sensible & cooperative. I had many seniors in my friend circle. They were helpful about the course content & guiding for the training's etc

Exam structure was also good. It was semester system as per University guidelines. Two times exam in an year.

Many faculty members had masters degrees in their domains & few had doctorate degree. Overall it was a good combination & they were strict too & disciplined.
