Course Curriculum Overview

It was my dream to do mechanical engineering, The faculty members were so friendly and very well educated and trained, we have sufficient faculty members for the students, most of the faculty have done Ph.D., every 3 months we have term exams and as we were well trained by the faculty it was easy to pass.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I have done an internship in Rajsarathy Industries and I have been trained and offered roles to handle the cnc machine I have been given very well knowledge about the operation of the cnc machine.

Fees and Financial Aid

For every semester we have to pay a fee of thirty thousand and for a year it will be around sixty thousand, and we have a fifty percent scholarship for those who score above 90 percent, I got a job in precision equipment with a good salary.

Campus Life

We have cultural events every year to encourage students to participate in dance singing and other competitions, we have all the related books in the library, we have projectors and very good tables and chairs, and students have been encouraged to participate in inter and intra-collegiate sports competitions.

Admission

As I was eligible for the course, First I received a letter of invitation for admission from the management, and the process involved filling out an application form then I was interviewed by the principal, once I was selected for the interview, I was issued an admission letter.

Here there is no gender separation like boys and girls should be seperate and stuff like that.
It is a autonomous college so courses are changing regularly with the shift in education
Here we have relative grading system therefore there is no ranking and easy to get good grades

Dislikes

We have to pay yearly fees not semester wise it difficult for low income earning families
Money is collected from students for all events happening in the college.
There is a rush for collection of fees at the start of each year and unpaid students might face absent issues

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are moderate but i don't know much about other courses but for civil engineering the average placed ctc is 3 lakh per annum one or two students got higer package but most of the students got lower package as a fresher.

I applied for Shiv Nadar University, I wrote my exams but the fee was not affordable and it was long distance. But Tagore was affordable and its under Anna University so it's quite good when compared to others with all facilities.
