Remarks

I really praised this college a lot. Everything is fun. All types of fun and masti is here. And, your future is secure here.

Entrance Preview

I had to get this only at any cost. For this I appeared in UPTU entrance test and i scored good and in counseling I got this college very easily.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am a CS student . College provide a very good platform for practical knowledge. Labs in some college are just for formility but here labs are more important than classes.

Internships Opportunities

A lot of MNCs companies came here. And we have a lot of choices to choose internship program. Internship in robotics, c,c++, java etc are organised.

Placement Experience

4.5

One donot need to worry about placement. Just attain regular classes. You acedemic performance will be good. If you have some good skills , company will give u a very good packages. Average package is 4 lakhs.

College Events

The college is a hub for events. technical fest, annual fest, national festival, freshers party , farewell party and some more Events are conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee is 1.25 lakhs per annum in 2016.. May be this year the fee increases by some amount. But fee is normal by seeing the reputation of college.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is also provided. College provide free education to a few students who is brilliant in study and extremely poor. Scholarship test us also conducted

Campus Life

4.5

Extra activities are sports tournaments, small stage programs to remove stage fear, nukkad natak and like this many more activities are organised.

Hostel Facilities

Hostels facilities are provided . Hostels are inside the campus. Environment is too good. There is greenery all around. All the required facilities ate provided in hostels.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors helps me a lot. I am a topper of the class. So seniors made me the coordinator of cam circle club. They help their juniors a lot.

Exam Structure

Too much Exams are taken . But, it doesn't feel irritating. If u are a good student , you can check yourself what you have learnt. Questions papers are too important.in finals, almost each question matched with our college questions paper.

Faculty

Faculties will help u a lot and also gives u their personal time of you have really a strong desire to learn something. They all are too friendly. They are experienced and highly qualified.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

Likes

I really appreciated the college clubs and hackathons.
There are variety of events throughout the semester, something to always keep you on your feet.
Some of the faculties are really really experienced and have a unique approach that captures the attention of all the students.

Dislikes

Not many hotspots around campus to hang out after classes.
The infrastructure of the hostel can be improved a lot.
Food in mess is not great, the menu is not very diverse. Everything has aloo.

Placement Experience:

Placements are actually impressive with our college having the highest placement rate among others in the region. We usually achieve ~90% placement. We get opportunities from many large groups, such as Infosys, TCS, JPMC, BNY, Logitech, etc etc The list goes on. The highest package that I saw was of around 1Cr from a company I don't remember their name, but it was based out of SF and was a really great one. Average placement we see is around 12-20LPA packages.

The campus has less places to spend some free time other than some spots.
Due to small academic hall places may look too crowded.

Placement Experience:

The placements in the college is really one of the the factors convincing everyone to take admission in SRM ,average package from the college is of around 10,00,000 which is really a very good amount in todays stresfull market.

The students could come through counselling or Cbse 12th percentage i.e management, counselling is done on JEE scores and 12th percentage should be more than 75-80% in PCM for unreserved prolly...Read More

Inside AKGEC Life

1) I had applied for colleges like jss noida,gl bajaj , kiet , akgec through UPTAC counselling for those who gave JEE Exam. i preferred this college because after reading reviews about it ,consulting senior students. 2) I could get this college based on my rank . I could not make it to other colleges because of their high cutoff for the CSE branch. 3) admission process includes direct admission where students are admiitted based on 10th,12th score and branches are alloted based on their score, 2nd is through the uptac counselling for students who want to get admission through JEE Score. overall admission experience was good....Read More

so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More
