Hostel food facility is best in the college. The non vegetarians are really enjoying their meal
College infrastructure is good and the library, computer lab and other departments labs are maintained well
Placement is best in the college. Most of the students are got placement with good salary package

Dislikes

Campus size is small. Only single building for engineering students
Hostel facility, especially they have a common bathroom for the hosteler

Course Curriculum Overview

I have been very interested in the EEE department from my school days. So I have opted for this course and the course curriculum is very good in this college, the faculty members are very helpful and they have provided friendly teaching. The faculty: student ratio is 1:10. And the faculties are well qualified for teaching their methods are awesome. With the help from the faculty is very easy to clear the exams

Internships Opportunities

They provide internship chances to students. Last year, Qspider, Sutherland Global Services, and other organisations offered internships with substantial stipends for technical assistance, customer service, and other tasks.

Placement Experience

Last year record total of 234 students got offer letters from campus interviews. 7th semester onwards the campus interview training process is started. MESTECH offered a 5.6L per annum package this is the highest salary package in the last year's campus interview. 3.5L is the average salary package for last year's campus interview. Near 50 per cent of the students from the college got the offer letter.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is very low compared to other colleges in this category. 55000 per year for college fees and 70000 for hostel fees. I have my first graduation certificate so they have reduced half of my college fees. I have only paid 27500 per year. They will provide a bonafide certificate for getting an education loan from the bank.

Campus Life

Campus life is going smoothly. They have many sports activities for the students. And the library is maintained well all kinds of books are available, it can be accessed at any time of college working days. They have arrived for 2 to 3 Industrial visits per semester

Hostel Facilities

One of the best hostel facility compared to this level of college. They have a gym facilities. Each room 2 fans are there and have a individual locker and cot for the hosteler. Food is awesome for the non vegetarians, weekly 5 days non veg in hostel mees which includes chicken, mutton, fish and egg

Admission

The admission process is very smooth. I have selected this college from TNEA counselling with an average 100 cutoff mark in the MBC category. I have a first graduation certificate so they reduce half of the college fees from 55000 to 27500 rs.

Placement Experience:

In our University from the starting of Seventh semester we are eligible for campus placements. Campanies like Jubilant food works, Zifo Technologies, Amura Heath Pvt.Ltd, Biocon etc. were some of the companies that visited our campus. Around fifty students got offers from these companies. About 70 percentage of the students got placements successfully. I am planning to pursue a master degree abroad

Likes

Many clubs available from Toastmasters to Campus Life, Our club Toastmasters is one of the peak highlights of our college. We regularly go to corporates to attend meetings of their clubs and network a lot.
Love the Research setup of our college. Has more than 15 COEs present. ABB research centre is the best among them
The bring in a lot of industry professionals every.One or the other event always keeps happening.

Dislikes

Campus is not very huge since it's in the centre of the city but the outside shops make up for this

The library is really Awesome in every aspect.
The facilities and labs and everything needed for studies is way above the bar. Great university to actually study and research.

Dislikes

No culturals, and if there is some only secular songs
Strict rules (needed, but some are too strict)

Placement Experience:

From the sixth semester the student are eligible for placements and prominent companies such as bicon, lifecell, zoho, Thermofisher, lmt mindtree, jubilant food works, siemens, bioartha and around 2030 offers has been made os of april 2026 for my batch. the percentage of students getting placed is over 95 percent as the rest of the students have opted for higher studies like me. i plan on doing my masters abroad.

I choose this college over the other colleges because of the affordability and college infrastructure. Comparing to other colleges my college fee seems affordable price with decent education place for the students. I applied for meenakshi college, peri college and agni college. In meenakshi college, the management expects more than 85% cutoff. For the agni college and peri college they charges the higher prices for the tuition fee comparing to my college. In meenakshi college, I got rejected because I can't meet their requirements (should have 85% cutoff). In agni and peri college students needs to pay the donation fee around 200000 for the admission so that I couldn't make it there . In our college, the students should score 55% and above cutoff to go through the admission process. The JEE exam isn't mandatory to get admitted in our college but the cutoff marks from those exam can have a chance to get the students preferred courses. DSCET review

Since I have opt this college as my 1st preference in counseling I got it and couldn't change it. While comparing fees structure with other colleges this one is better one but in coaching side still they need an improvement. There is a direct admission available in college and counseling method is also available.
