Course Curriculum Overview

4

I did not choose this course, it was allocated by chance according to my rank in the entrance exam. But so far the course is very good and the faculties are well experienced. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:10. The teaching methods are very modern and up to the date. There are semester exams at the end of each semester and mid-exams in the middle of the semester.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Students are allowed to sit for internships at the beginning of 3rd year. Many companies that come for placements also come for internships. Most of the students get PPO from these companies with a great package.

Placement Experience

4.5

The students are allowed to sit for placements at the beginning of the 4th year itself. Various companies visit for placements like Amazon, uber, Samsung, sprinkler, Qualcomm, master card, visa, ICICI, ITC, etc. The highest package offered last year was 88lpa and the average is around 18lpa. A total of 1500 offers were made and around 1200 students got placed(87%). My plans after getting my degree are either to sit for placements or go for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 120000. The cost to study in the Institute for a general-category student is around 1.2 lakh per year. Students with reservations are eligible to avail tuition fee waiver. Merit students also get the opportunity to avail scholarships.

Campus Life

4

The cultural fest called as spring spree is held in the month of March and the technical fest is held in the month of October or November. The Institute has one of the largest libraries in South India and has books in hundreds of thousands. All the classrooms are spacious, ventilated, and equipped with smart boards. Various sports activities are also offered in the Institute with a football stadium, indoor stadium, gymnasium, and student activity center. The dance and music clubs are filled with great talent and energy. There is a student society where the students are elected as representatives and numerous events are conducted every week by the student society under various clubs.

Hostel Facilities

3

The room is accommodated with a bed, table, chair, tubelight, fan, and a cupboard. The bathrooms are equipped with geysers too. The quality of the food in the mess is average but offers a variety of foods.

Admission

The admission into the college is through josaa counselling for which you have to attempt the JEE Mains exam. Your college will be allotted based on your preferences and ranking. You can find the application form on the NTA website.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I like that the course doesn't feel outdated. Along with the regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects, and problem solving so it feels connected to what companies actually expect. As a second year student i already feel like i am building skills that i will be able to use during internships and placements and not just preparing for semester exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course is relevant because we are not just studying theory all the time. Along with regular subjects we spend a lot of time on coding, projects and problem solving which actually feels useful. It feels like the course is designed to help us build skills that we will need later not just clear semester exams

Course Curriculum Overview:

Before joining I thought it would be like any other engineering college where we just study for exams. But after coming here, I felt it's a bit different. We do have theory classes, but there are also coding sessions, projects and assignments almost every week. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but I think it's actually helping us learn better. The syllabus feels relevant.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has been a nice mix of theory and practical work. We don't just sit through lectures all day there are coding sessions, projects, assignments, and hands on activities that make the subjects easier to understand. It feels like you are learning skills that you'll use later. One thing I noticed after joining is that the classes don't feel the same every day. Some days are regular lectures while on others we are working on coding problems, assignments or small projects. That change keeps things interesting.

I think IN-campus Placements are the best thing that this college may offer. This is one of the top college in Telangana so almost every top company gives a chance to this college companies like Cisco, Insfosys, TCS, Cognizent, Accenture and many more. The highest package is 34LPA last year 2024, and the average is 7LPA i think.I think almost 60 to 70 percentage of people get place in the companies.I plan to get place in the top most comnmpany in the Telanagana after getting degree.
