What Students Say

Likes

Seniors are too helpful and everyone is socially active which is a good point.
College is big but infrastructure is quite well maintained.

Dislikes

This is damn small college feels like my school.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

My course is information technology, and all the faculty members are so helpful and want you to do your best. If there is any class that we were not able to attend then they also used to take extra for it which is very helpful.

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 260000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I am in 1st year so I'm not that much aware about college, but as I heard internship you use to get if you have caliber, and teacher will always suggest you what to do and how to do it what's wrong and what's not.

Placement Experience

After completion of the course, almost everyone has to have a job in their hand and only a few people who are going for higher studies don't accept their job letter. Our placement rate for the IT branch is 95% which is good.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total Fees including our living is 12 lacks which is a bit more. I think fee waivers should be given to students all over India but it is only for the Odissa category. I will not say companies don't come but only a few good companies use to reach us.

Campus Life

College life is going awesome, of course here friends are damn good and with them, it doesn't feel like we are away from home. But I have one complaint that our campus is too small to enjoy our moment properly.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

Our hostel faculty is neutral and they are too much into rules and regulations. Our college time is 9:30 so they want us to be present inside the hostel by this time or we have to write our name in the file.

Hostel Fee: INR 18000 per year

Admission

To enter this college you have to clear jee mains. I got into this college by attaining the 95 percentile. Only state reservation is present in this college which I think should move to central reservation.

Decent faculty and top tier placements, just follow the rules

Likes

I like the vibe of the canteen and greenery around my college

Dislikes

I don't like 75% attendance and the strictness of the faculty members

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is now updated since it became a University, so its more relevant to industry now but still we have to do extra courses for coding. Exams happen every few months—2 internals and one end-sem. They are not very easy, you actually need to study to pass without backlogs

Likes

The infrastructure of each campus in the college is very pretty and it's a green campus
The classrooms are well equipped with WiFi, Smart-boards for digital education.
Also travelling from one campus to another has been made easier as buses and golf carts are provided to students

Dislikes

The crowd of students here is too much which feels too much chaotic and disturbing .
The hostel management here as they don't give importance to the major issues here.
The hostel mess food. The quality is degrading day by day

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college is good. This year 75% of the students are already placed with an average package of 8LPA . The highest package till now for this year is 22LPA. Many companies have visited for the placements and 100+ offers have been made. Companies like BNY, Infosys, Deloitte, Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Bain& Company, High Radius, TCS, EY, PWC and many more of them have visited the campus.

Likes

The college campus greenery and campus cleaning management are doing really very well that is the only good part but that doesn't matter much for your career.
⭐⭐There is nothing good to mention about this college after going through all the procedures from taking admission to degree,I regret and many of my friends also regretting taking admission into this college.⭐⭐

Dislikes

They have a good well maintained cricket ground but students are never allowed there only for commercial purposes and to attract new joinee.
Staff and management are very helpful and polite only till admission done.🥲.
Hostel food quality is extremely unhigenic, no one takes responsibility after many complaints also.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum was very classical , too much theory oriented for placement point of view they will provide last 1 month or 2 months training for aptitude part rest for technical you have to study on your own.

Lab session of some subjects are too long which is around 3 hrs which need to reduce for atleast 2 hrs

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities in my college are good, with students generally becoming eligible for campus placements from the pre-final or final year, depending on the course and company criteria. The college has an active placement celll that supports students by Organizing training sessions, resume building and also mock interviews.
