Peace of Youth : AU

It has been my dream to join AU since my intermediate. The reason why i've found so much passion into this particular college is that it has such a flawless ambience, an outstanding teaching & the most important of all the integrity of wisdom that this college upholds. The faculty are highly talented & are always keen to teach the students. The curriculum of the academics have been assorted properly by assigning each teacher to a set of 30-35 students. In this way, the teacher can have a proper concentration on the students as it is a fair ratio. The quailification of the faculty are very high level & they have been also been to trainings and seminars to give a better experience of the course to the students. The teachers after every term end take review from the students so that they can also improvise better than past if any mistakes done. The term exams occur for every approx 6 months & the students are to write internal tests,slip tests,seminars & group sessions. 8 of 10 to pass.

Internships are offered by GDSCE(auce) are very enlightening to students because it has brodden our minds in a way to create, think and work towards various programs and projects. It offers a very good amount of stipend to students with excellent approach towards work and creativity. By joining this program it helps the students for peer to peer learning environment and build solutions for any sort of problems to the community. Tech enthusiasts, Collaborative team members and students passioned towards tech innovations are taken into this company and many projects are assigned. Virutal projects such as ML (machine learning ) & AI( aritifical intelligence) are included in this program and virtual classes are conducted to assist the brilliant minds.

From the 6th semester, students become eligible for campus placements. Most of the top companies such as TCS ,INFOSYS ,Wipro etc offered a median package of 6.5L per annum as per the profiles of students. The highest package of a an student is about 40.3L per annum and it has been crossed by a student in year 2022 with an package of 86.2L per annum. Almost 97% of students out of total are getting placed in various top companies. My plans are after college placements and to excel in the field of COMPUTER SCIENCE and aspire better as a student of AU.

The fees for an CSE course is about 2L per annum, for MECH/ECE/EEE is about 1.5L per annum, for rest is about 1L per annum. Though the fees is high to pay, the college offers and special privellege to EWS/SC/ST students and eve families who have income of less than 6L per annum. The governement of Andhra Pradesh also provides various educational schemes such as JAGAN ANNA VIDHYADEVENA etc. It has helped many people from rural and less income earning families to live up to the standard education and susatin their families. The oncampus jobs provided by the college are from various companies such as TCS ,INFOSYS, AMAZON, WIPRO etc. The college also assists the students with their interested areas of learning by including them in internships of their choice with aggregate amount of stipend. I have been also started getting many internship calls,tho im in 2nd year right now. The college has always been supporting and always at my back.

The life at campus is damn exciting. The annual fests happen at the month of february. The availability of books and journals in the library are always at desk. U can visit any time of your choice to the library and borrow books. The ambience and the weather at classrooms is so vibrant that it brings so much enthusiasm. There are frequent happening of sports meet & extra curricular activites on campus every month. Sports like kabbadi, volleyball, cricket etc have major role. Flashmobs, dj nights, ethnic fests, department day and hostel block days etc are always alightening the hearts of students. There are many social groups such as socio club which helps in students to interact with each other and create new bondings. Other clubs such as AUunited club, EDUMOONclub are major clubs at au. They have been playing a very good game since past 3 years. Clubs like dance club, singing club, math club etc are also at hand.

The facilities provided in hostel rooms are study table ,study chair ,beds etc. The menu for a week is quite good. The rating i would give is 8.3/10. The registration process for hostel and affordability can be done at the main office building at AUCE PRINCIPAL- ADMINISTRATION BULIDING. The distance of hostel to the classroom is about 2km. Its a fair amount of distance to walk to the college.

The eligibility of the course is through giving an enterance exam. Andhra University Engineering Enterance Examination (AUEET) is the way to enter into this course. The eligibility to appear to this test is through having an aggregate score of 60% (for reservations-SC/ST) and 75%(for general candidates) in 12th grade. The reservation benefits for SC/ST are of 60% of aggregate score in the admission test and girls quota is also included. Andhra University has been the oldest and the finest college with the best professors and courses. It has been tough to identify mistakes in this college. The flawless.
