Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

As I am in the 1 semester all the students of Y23 have the same subject no matter their branch. There are multiple exams and quizzes all according to the CIF of the course. We have our mid-semester and end-semester. 1 semester consists of 14 weeks and approx. 52 classes per course.

Internships Opportunities

3

There are plenty of opportunities for internship and training programmes. Companies include AMD, Adobe, Deloitte, Microsoft, Oyo Rooms and many more of them come to college for internship as well as placement purposes.

Fees and Financial Aid

College charges a lot there is no doubt about that. Our total fee for the 4 years including mess, hostel and tuition fee is around 23 lakhs. Also if we choose the specialization in anything there is an extra 80 thousand charge for that. There are some kinds of scholarships but all are purely based on merit basis.

Campus Life

4

Campus Life is great. This college is a mixture of good college life as well as nice placements. There are all kinds of people coming from all over India. There are no unnecessary rules or regulations or any restrictions imposed. Also, there are the same rules for boys as well as girls.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

The whole Y23 is living in triple-sharing rooms. The chief warden said they provide double sharing in our 2nd semester as the new boy's hostel is under construction. We have all kinds of facilities which are needed in our rooms. There are 3 wardrobes for 2 people in the room. We have LAN not wifi in BH-1( all the other hostels have wifi). Mess food is good but some day it becomes disgusting. Mess is hygienic.

Admission

I joined the institute in the spot round (5th) later than everyone else but I did not find any difficulty in the admission process all went smoothly. There is no kind of reservation of any kind the seat we got is purely based on merit.

Other Applied Colleges

Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University - [JIIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I got the seat in Jaypee noida cse branch but I prefer lnmiit ece as it provide more value and the coding culture is fabulous

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum as very good. It covers important topics and provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to our field of study and helps develop our skills. However, including more practical sessions and industry-related topics would make the curriculum even better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .
