Remarks

Anyone can get direct admission to this college if he/she has a minimum of 75 % marks in class 12th. You can directly apply on the University admission portal and get the offer letter. You can get the college website by simply searching Galgotias University and you can get the website there. Reservation benefits are only for those whose parents are in defense otherwise there are no reservations. I think everything about the admission process is well and good, so it doesn't need any improvement in my point of view.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

In today's era there are a lot of job opportunities for computer science science students that's why I choose this course. The faculty-student ratio is 1:10. Most of the faculties are PhD holder and their teaching methods is average. Exams are on time it's not too hard to pass.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 164000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Government company like EIL hires student under internships. There is a lot of hustle to get an internship in any MNC, you have to go through various steps to get the internship. If you did any kind of project associated with public problems you will easily get selected as an intern.

Placement Experience

From 6 sems students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Capgemini, Accenture, Flipkart, etc. used to visit for the hiring process. The average package is 4 lacs, the highest goest upto 20 lacs. 89% of students get placed every year according to the University.

Fees and Financial Aid

The annual fee is 164000. If we compare with other colleges in greater Noida, this college has slightly a higher fee and it may be increased in the upcoming year because of a higher number of admissions. You don't get any financial assistance or scholarships from campus. There are government scholarships based on family income.

Campus Life

The campus is very large and beautiful. Different kind of hackathon and fest is always organized and you will also enjoy the concert of many Bollywood stars. In Each block, there is a library where you get all kinds of books related to your course. Every class is air-conditioned and loaded with a projector.

Other Applied Colleges

G L Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

Because of less percentile in jee mains I didn't get admission in this college.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

I wanted to go to VIPS, Pitampura. I did get admission there but they did not update the 4 year course policy which was newly released by the govt on their website and ipu website. Due to this my budget messed up and I had to back up. I specially prepared for this exam but in the end I ended up going to a private university where I feel like I wasted my time and money. This university is not how it may look like. It may be good in terms of fees but the faculty and courses that get taught are like as if pursuing two degrees with no meaning. The admission process was simple and east. Fill an application form and go to GCET and get everything done there that's all. No complicated thing....Read More
