Course Curriculum Overview
My domain includes Electronics and Computer Science. My main focus is on the NANO tech ie microprocessors. There's a ton of faculty here around 4 students per faculty. Maximum faculty have a PhD and most of them are from IITs. Teaching methods are a bit old school but it works. Exams are easy as paper checking is very linear
Internships Opportunities
High Radius offers INternships and also has international internships in Germany and many other European countries. Projects can be very vast in nature from automobile to Major CSE Projects. Roles were like HR, Data analyst
Placement Experience
KIIT offers good Placments for students in various domains We also have mass requires and dream offers. The highest Package was around 2 Cr. around 95% of students get a placement I will be looking to move out of India to complete my M..tech
Fees and Financial Aid
No doubt KIIT is very Expensive to study but I think it's worth it. As it gives us exposure to various situations and a platform to showcase our skills. I'm still in 1st year so I don't have any internship and a scholarship was offered for students securing a rank of under 1000 in the KIITEE exam.
Campus Life
Kiit conducts a lot of student activities like KIIT Masterchef, KIITians Got Talent, etc Central LIbeary has a very big database of Books and also E-books. All classrooms have AC, Wifi and smart Boards installed We have around 23 Sports Statduium We have a KIIT class application.
Hostel Facilities
I have opted for a 2AC premium and its good Meals are good they offer Non-Veg 5 days a week Hostels are expensive fs ie I have paid 60000 for the hostel and 22500 extra for the mess and this is only for 6 months.
Admission
Eligibility for B.tech was min 60% in PCM and had PCM in 10+2. The application form was available on kiit official website and it's free to apply. The admission process was a bit lengthy but still, it was easy.
