Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I always wanted to be a software engineer that's why I chose this course in this college. The course and syllabus followed in the college is the official RTU syllabus. The faculty are all well educated and they all have doctor Ph.D. degree in their respective subjects. Faculties are supportive and friendly nature. The college conduct 2 times mid term exams in every semester along with weekly assessments and assignments.

Internships Opportunities

2.5

College does not support the full time internship opportunities, the college only supports the part time internship opportunity that too without the Early joining. Students have to find the internship opportunities themselves only.

Placement Experience

2.5

Due to recession this year, the campus placements this year are below average. Students are eligible fro the 6th semester for the various campus placements opportunities, although I got placed in one of the Company offered in teh campus placements. The average placement for this year is around 4-5 LPA. 50+ Companies visit the college for the campus placements. 200+ students get placed in campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is followed as per the RTU decides. The tuition fee decided in the first year at the time of admission is carried throughout the 4 years. All scholarships are supported by the college which are offered by state and centre government schemes.

Campus Life

3

The first year students are often taken to the picnic, they are given freshers party and various industrial visits. In rest of years, various events are conducted such as Exergie, Zephyr, Autoignition, Arya Ratan, Top Gun, Shraddhanjali, etc. College also conduct various sports tournaments such as Arya Cup and APL. The library is equipped with various books and e-library digital library support.

Hostel Facilities

2

There are different hostel stay options such as Single Seater, Two Seater and Three Seater. The quality of meal is average of other days and on Sunday its good. Various PG and rented room facility are available to students in locality. The college provides free wifi, gym, kitchen facility to all the students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would rate the course curriculum as very good. It covers important topics and provides useful theoretical and practical knowledge. The syllabus is relevant to our field of study and helps develop our skills. However, including more practical sessions and industry-related topics would make the curriculum even better.

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .
