Remarks

College management was moody if they have good mood you can get help anything you need but if they are not in good mood they will make you wait.

Entrance Preview

I took AIEEE exam and scored 67 ranked 85000 all over india. I opetd doon valley college because at that time it has high reputation in delhi ncr and in haryana. I also known some alumini who are in good company.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum are decided by the university not by the college. University which my college was affilated with KURUKSHETRA UNIVERSITY. I think that course curriculum are little bit old fashion and not upto date.

Internships Opportunities

This college does not have any enviroment of internship. Any student who want internship they have to choose on their own. And of course if no company comes and there would be no stipend offer.

Placement Experience

2.5

At the time of my admission many good companies came in this college including Infosys , TCS but after my second year of college college management did not call any good company.

College Events

Every year college hosted some cultural and technical events. They were good. large number of crowds come in the college to saw the events. Technical fest was also good Many games like FIFA,counter strike an detc was conducted at the college premises.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure was not very expensive, My college fees structure was Around 68000 per annumm and other than that if you opt for hostel fee structure was 48000.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes college offer scholarship to those who have high percentage in 12th class and those who have high ranks in the competitive exams.

Campus Life

Campus life was good. Well they have small ground. Every year cricket tournament was conducted. Various workshops was also conducted include robotics from IIT Delhi.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel have two kind of rooms:-1.Two bed 2.Three bed fees for above two was same, Rent over there was 5000 per month.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors of our college was very interactive they give suggestion to us. If you are living in the hostel they will give you guidance, Explain some topics.

Exam Structure

Exam structure was not hectic there was sufficient number of holidays in between the papers. Exam structure become hectic for those who have supply from previous semester.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty of the college was average they don't have high background qualification, experience and they are not clear on the concepts.

Good Campus, Good Learning and Overall Experience

Likes

Good campus with a lot of greenery and a peaceful environment for students.
Teachers are mostly supportive and actical classes are helpful for understanding the subjects.
Good labs, library and sports facilities with many activities happening on campus.

Dislikes

Some administrative work takes more time than expected and can be a little confusing.
Hostel and mess facilities can be improved, especially in terms of food variety and quality
Sometimes the workload and attendance requirements feel a little stressful for students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is quite relevant and covers the important basics of Biotechnology. We get both theory and practical classes which helps in understanding the subjects better. Exams are usually moderate. I think more industry based projects and practical exposure can make the course even better. Overall, I am satisfied with the curriculum.

Best affordable quality college for middle-class

Likes

Good and well-spaced campus of the college.
Good placements with high salary packages at reputed companies.
Good, affordable college for engineering, suitable for middle-class students.

Dislikes

Poor WiFi connection at times, when too many people use WiFi at the same time.
Generator works till 11pm only at normal days.
Hostel food needs improvement, lack of quality chefs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.

In RPIIT College admission is based on the marks that are gained by the student in the Cet exam. Priority is given to student knowledge. Special discount or scholarship for those students who do not afford college fee. The student development programme is associated from time to time to encourage students. Teachers are very helpful and cooperative. Every week various class test are conducted to analyse students performance. Airy and attractive classrooms. Library provides free books to most of the students. The major thing in college is discipline and respect for others that is the first step of personal success. My college is very nice....Read More
