What Students Say

Likes

Good environment of the college and surroundings.
Proper events are conducted regularly by the campus
There are good faculties in our campus.

Dislikes

Proper labs are not conducted by some faculties
Proper review of faculties should be conducted regularly
I think rate of placements should be improved

Course Curriculum Overview

I have chosen this course as I had interest in technology and I want to know and understand how technology is helpful for human beings The faculty student ratio is : 1:60 All the faculties are well qualified and their way of good . The exams were conducted timely as per schedule, and were not that difficult to pass if you have studied properly and timely you can score good marks easily.

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 12500 per year

Internships Opportunities

3.5

There are various companies which visit in 5 th semester to offer intership to students such as Amazon, tcs, Wipro, Flipkart etc. Some projects are - Library Management System. Weather Forecasting App. Restaurant Booking Website. Face Detection Project. Outcomes of project is that we get better knowledge of apps and websites and their working process.

Placement Experience

3.5

Students are eligible for placements after completing there 6 semester. Some of the companies areTCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, HCL, IBM, Tech Mahindra, FIS Global, Accenture, HSBC, Gemini Solutions, Virtusa, Cvent etc which visit campus for placement Highest package is 44 lakhs and average package is 7 lacks . Percentage of students getting placed is around 70 to 80 percentage. My plan is that I will apply in good companies after completing my course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of bachelor of technology in computer science is 1,25,000. I got benefit of government scholarship. I am in second year of my course. My bachelor's will be completed in 2026. After that I will be applying for job

Campus Life

3.5

The annual fest conducted is ( Utkarsh). And various tech fests are conducted regularly. There is good availability of books and journals of every course in the library. There are 80+ amenities in classroom There are various sports conducted in the campus such as cricket, football, basketball, hockey and many more sports. There are various extra curricular activities in which students can participate. One such social group run by students is Aina

Admission

The admission is merit-based, considering the performance in qualifying exams, with candidates required to have completed 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised board to apply. The university conducts counseling at its level based on the merit list, shaping the final admission process. There is no such specific eligibility of any course. The admission process is done by visiting the campus and also online admissions are done through bbdu official website. I have availed no such reservation benefits. Documents required for admission process - Original Graduation Final Year Mark sheet. Original TC (For UG Course)/ University Migration. Affidavit for GAP (if any; between High School to Date of Admission.) Photocopy of Original Certificate of Annual Income of Parent (in case of SC/ST/OBC) issued by Competent Authority, if applicable. No such improvement I want to see as admission process is simple.

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

My story is that I was giving NEET exam and I took a 3rd drop in which I scored 6:37. But could not get an MBBS College. I was short of around 11 to 12 marks. So I decided to pursue BCA. And by the time my neat result was announced, many BCA colleges. Outside of my hometown, Lucknow were already full. Or they were. Very pricey and costly. So I thought that should I should do my BCA in my hometown and I was looking for colleges. So I shortlisted two colleges that is Amity University and BBD University. And due to my good grades in 12th and 10th I got admission. In both but the Amity university was not giving me any scholarship and it costed me almost double the amount as BBD University. So I took the. Admission in BBD University. And the rest of the colleges were also good, but from. My relatives who are studying in other colleges, they gave me very negative reviews. And so I talked to the seniors. Of the respective colleges and I heard that BBD is a decent college, but don't expect any placement from BCA course. So I thought that for a graduation. I will stay with BBD. And I can pursue more things after doing BCA a job or any other exam....Read More

Best engineering college in lucknow

I applied for galgotias university and chandigarh University but according to me this college is far better than those if students are coming from other states or district. This college is fully active for anti ragging and this college doesn't allow any kind of discrimination. Also this college provides a lot of events. As compared to all other colleges in lucknow, bbd University exam level is average than others, students can easily pass the exam if he studied average. Admission process is very easy in this college; Student have to go in admission cell , have to fill the form and submit the required documents such as original 10th and 12th marksheet. They they have to wait for their registration, then after registration fees submission will occur then they get their admission in their chosen course....Read More
