Likes

Very good, the college was among the best government colleges in Rajasthan and had the highest number of students.
There is individual ground for almost every sports like football, cricket,volleyball,basketball,badminton ,table tennis court etc.

Dislikes

Canteen : You will go there and end up eating packaged snacks , but believe me it was your first and last entry in canteen.

Our curriculum is very good, useful and proof of this is that our college gives very good results in prestigious competitive exams such as IES, GATES, etc. .Teaching quality is amazing and Teachers understand the students properly and are always ready to help students The course.

The slab system of the Training and Placement Office has been revised. The new slab system will be as stated below: 1. Core Slab - Companies offering jobs in core engineering profiles. Students placed in Core Slab will not be allowed to sit in any further placement drives, irrespective of the compensation offered. One student One job policy will be followed for this slab. TPO shall decide which all companies will fall in this slab. 2. Steady Slab - IT companies offering below 5 LPA. Students placed in Steady Slab will only be allowed to sit in companies in Dream Slab. 3. Dream Slab - IT companies offering equal to or more than 5 LPA. Students placed in Dream Slab will not be allowed to sit in any further placement drives.

Fees and Financial Aid

About scholarship there are many scholarship which are college offers and about the campus placement years are college criteria for campus placement with an average package of 6-8 lpa scholarship like samaj Kalyan scholarship etc are given by it Fee structure is 20900 per semester for a general student.

Campus Life

Encarta , khelo mbm many types of fest and tech fest.... Availability of books and journals in the library. There are many types of sports are present in college like basketball, football,cricket,tennis table and many interested sports.. Debating club, gdsc,pixellens,and many clubs are present in this college.

Hostel Facilities

The hostels are comfortable for outstation students.The college has a separate hostel for girls. All the basic facilities are provided to students in MBM Engineering College hostels. Mess charge- Rs.3600(monthly), the diet amount for whole day is 120.

Admission

To get admission in mbm engineering college you have to register 2024 reap.Date has been announced for the procedure . For admission in 1st year in btech/B.E courses(four year degree courses) . Candidate is required to register through REAP 2024 web portal. Candidate may register on the basis of jee main 2024 merit on class 12 marks/percentile .However, the candidates are advised to register on the basis of JEE Main 2024 rank as JEE Main 2024 rank would be given higher priority in comparison to class-12 marks/percentile in forming the combined merit list during all the stages of counseling in REAP-2024. If a candidate registers on the basis of class 12 marks/percentile, it is mandatory for him/her to upload class 12thmark sheet (from a recognized board) on REAP-2024 web portal in the space provided. For admission in I-Year in B. Arch Courses (Five Year Degree Course):Candidate is required to register through REAP-2024 web portal.

Likes

the class timings are really flexible that is maximum 5 hours in a day
there are a lot of fun events in college every other day
the male to female ratio is approx 1:1 and both genders jam well with each other

Dislikes

the money factor i would say is one thing which doesnt add up if placements are considered
the freedom provided here might not be the best for everyone u need to have self control over yourself
people here can get too entitled and the pda inside might bother you but you will find your people

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirriculum is designed in a way such that most of the outdated and uselss things are removed this year and the labs of each subjects help you well enough to dive deeper into the application of the subject . some areas for improvement can be removing unnecessary subjects like manufacturing process for cse students . main exams are held every 3 months and the difficulty is moderate

Practical Tech Education with a Tight-Kint Community Feel

Likes

I like my hostel, accommodation is very nice
mess food is very tasty , scrumptious and homelike
the college is surrounded by greenery and breath taking nature!

Dislikes

The scorching desert heatwaves in the summer and chilling winter smog make walking across the vast, vehicle-free campus exhausting for a big chunk of the academic year.
Mandatory interdisciplinary projects and strict attendance policies leave little breathing room for students wanting to focus strictly on self-driven coding, competitive exams or independent side projects.
The campus is situated far off the highway in the industrial backdrop of Neemrana, there is virtually no social or city life right outside the gates.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is industr-aligned with strong project-based learing and a mandatory final-year internship. Exams feature well-placed mid and end terms, though early theory subjects need more practical coding.

MY IMPRESSIONS ON THE UNIVERSITY OF FUTURE

Likes

The thing I liked the most is the nature around/in the campus.
The various options for sports and other outdoor activities.
The EAT system, which is better and healthier option for ACs.

Dislikes

A few meals on the mess menu are not that good.
Lack of normal-temperature water options.

Placement Experience:

NIIT UNIVERSITY placements rates are 100% and more important is that role fitment rate is also 100%. NIIT UNIVERSITY placements starts from 7th semister with Industry practice(IP). Many big companies come for the placements.

The campus placements is very good and the head of placement department Dr Abhishek meel sir provide training to students about interview and how to make cv and resume for good industrial approach. The average package is 5 lpa to 8 lpa from tge campus placements program

Journey in Few Words

Likes

The place is not only promoting studies they are also promoting the Talent by organising various events where they learn and develop other skills.
The Girls to Boy ration is good - 40:60.
The campus is also fine not very premium not very bad. If you're a good place in budget constraints you can opt for this.

Dislikes

They are little focused more towards money. for example when there is attendance less than 75% still if Student pay the fees they allow him to sit in exam.
Teachers can be more better. My experience with the staff is not very amazing. A lot of time i corrected some the teachers for certain topics

Placement Experience:

- Here the placements starts in the beginning of the 4 year. Campus placements are offered and it's not bad. Even we'll get some internship opportunities in 4 year before college ends - In my year the highest package is 14LPA in Mahindra

Compus of my college is good and also structure

Girl over boy ratio is very less which also put impact on interaction with another gender
Teaching techniques of over faculty in my college the just scroll the pdf and tell about topics
Result delay is very common problem in my college

Placement Experience:

Form 5 th semester students become eligible for compus placement. Tcs , wipro ,infosys, jk cement, wonder cement these companies visited and they provide average package 4 to 5 lack per year. Through past record highest package is around 33 lack and average package 4 to 5 lack per year Minimum percentage for Good company is 7 cgpa . My plan after getting The degree is i go for masters in technology

The course is well structured and designed for students to learn the subject in detail and to know about topics in detail and make sure to understand things clearly before implementing them in real life. There are certain areas for improvement but they will keep get better. Timetable should be made such that students get break in between the classes so that they can be less exhausted throughout the day

A complete average College

Likes

Friendly Teachers - treat you warmly and respectfully.
No severe Attendance Criteria or Extra marks deduction.
Many Seminars included throughout the course.

Dislikes

Architectural issues, building without repairs and many damages, no parks or playground for sports and activities.
Damaged computers and conjusted computer labs.
Need to revise the syllabus for CSE/IT as it is not keeping up with current tech.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum includes lab works, workshops and seminars. Which influence the choice to choose the course. But they are lacking to get hands on experience. Though they are guest lectures and seminar which is highly beneficial. Need to provide report on summer internship, industrial training, which is mandatory according to curriculum. Which helps in gaining hands on real life skills. But students still pass this barrier using fake certification and copied reports. And faculty is not strict about this. I believe the latest technologies which is not integrated in curriculum like AI/ ML ,recent frameworks , even if integrated not taughtd in depth. Like we have subjects AI , ML but no practical learning. Assignment are huge burden with little learning we need assessment that tests understanding rather than memorization. More subjects needed on softs skills especially in last year during placement season. Live project with company as all student are not able to land good internships. Frequency of exams like midterm( 2 in 3-4 months) ,practical( at the end of semester just after 2 nd midterm exam). End semester exams - 10-20 days after practical exams.

Quality of infrastructure is like a Nit as they focus on giving best building and infrastructure with good curriculum too. Advanced technologies and amenities are awesome.

I choose this course because here the course is relevant and infrastructure is good also they give scholarship to study here . Curriculum helps very well in improving real world applications in day to day life . Teaching methods are impressive but some times it looks like a burden as they give load to students in improving themselves so this thing they should improve . Timing of the exams are of 3 hours . Their exam pattern is like other government college but they take exam strictly. Difficulty level is medium level .

Likes

Being a Government national college, the diversity is very vast and it helps us understand about the different communities and cultures.
The college provides very educated professors who help you achieve your passion and enhance your vision. They provide information regarding the books you could refer which usually doesn’t happen in other colleges or universities.
The college assigns a group of 10 students to a particular mentor who guides you not only through technical vision but also in the mental health of the student.

Dislikes

Being a south indian, I wasn’t fluent in hindi. This made a hinderence to my study life. But the professors started explaining each class in english later on after my request
The less number of placements could be an issue
The end time for girls is 10pm which is according to me a decent timing. But I think they should atleast let the parcels come past the college main gate after 10. Because the boys can collect it from there but the girls cannot.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements provided by the college. Students shall be adopting for placements in their final years. The visited companies are Apple, JP Morgan, Meesho, DE Shaw, Salesforce, Adobe, Airtel, Amazon, Bajaj motors and so on. Highest salary id 64LPA, average is 18.39LPA for the CSE branch. The overall percentage of students getting placed is 82% for both BTech and BArch with an average package of 13.2LPA. I shall be trying to get placed.
