Likes

I really liked the friendly environment in NSEC
I also like the clubs in NSEC. Like GDSC, PHONIX etc.
In NSEC i really loved all the CULTUREUL programs happened in college.

Dislikes

Unfortunately the campus size of NSEC is, too small.
Timing! i really personally didn't like the timing, i mean, who says exam dates or registration dates, one day before exams.
In the canteen of NSEC, i didn't like the taste of juices.

Actually, if you want to become a Software Engineer or this related something then I should definitely join this course, computer science and BUISNESS SYSTEM course in Collabed will TCS, so, yah! It's really a nice course & if you interested then definitely join this one.

Internships Opportunities

There are no opportunities of on campus internships in NSEC. You can make that by your own self, that's the HARSH REALITY. so, just chilled your self and if you really want a internship then find that with the help of your own skills and brain.

Placement Experience

In NSEC there are a lot of companies and start ups visited on the campus, just like TCS, WIPRO, COGNIZANT, GOLD MEDAL, and many more. So, yes the placement rate is good ,. So, on campus the highest palace offers by some Startups like 20 LPA. and TCS DIGITAL gives like 6 or 7 LPA. THAT'S it.

Fees and Financial Aid

For us, ( batch 2K23 ), the total fees for B.TECH was around 6,25,000. But yes! there are so many kinds of scholarship options. And you easily check them through NSEC'S official website. And yes, returns of investment is good in this college.

Campus Life

Unfortunately the campus of NSEC is not so big, that's why you can't enjoy the college campus too much. But, there are a lot of clubs in NSEC'S campus, just like GDSC, PHONIX, GNX, EC CELL, NSEC BUZZ, SPORTS CLUB, ECO CULTUREUL CLUB & many more.

Admission

Eligibility : you should be completed 10+2. ( Physics+ chemistry+ mathematics), then comes entrance exam WBJEE. after that if you have a good rank in WBJEE then you can easily take admission in NSEC. So, that's the full procedure.

The college average placement are 6 lakh per annum and in my branch out of 64 student only 30 God placement but the mistake is of the students because many companies are visiting our colleges but they couldn't find the talent required for the skilled person they required

Placement Experience:

Well as far as mh knowledge students get to placements from 6th semester itself . Well there are placement classes from 3rd semester itself . The placement track record of the college is quite good with most year about 90% gets placed with good companies comming like Deloitte, EY GDS , JP MORGAN, Oracle , offering high amount of placement offers like around 20+ lpa . Well I am not sure about my plans maybe if the palacement is good I'll take it or will be preparing for GATE (Whose courses are also provided from college .)

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

The college is good for academics but there is no campus life.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average in the college. From 7th semester the students are eligible for placements. About 60% students get placed in the college. The average package of our college is 3-4 lakhs per annum and the highest package last year was around 13 lakhs per annum. I will choose to do M.tech after passing out of the college.

Things you should know before taking admission in NSEC

Others college which i got confirmed is RIT /quantum and haridwar university but i didn't go there because it was very far from my hometown and placement wasn't that much good as compared to my current college. I have given the west bengal joint entrance exam(wbjee) and through it the nsec college was allotted to me through counselling process. When the result declared, you have to apply for counselling and put your choice of colleges with rank. Every round you will be allotted college according to your result rank. Passing out in 2025, have seen a old place in 2021, to a new college in 2025, rennovated

I had a senior in my locality, 2019 passout, following whom I joined NSEC. I still admire and thank him for guiding me while joining NSEC. While admission I didint face any kind of interview. I had got a rank in WBJEE, and during the first counselling round, I selected NSEC, got NSEC, and finalized it by paying the first semester fees. I wasnt rejected by any college, as I went ahead with my first option. The counselling round at college isnt anything special, just a question whether or not we would be able to bear the college fees, as all comes down to money.
