What Students Say

Likes

i liked library since i used to sit there alot with my friend and we used to study there.
canteen mix parantha was best. we loved it.
the basketball court in which i used to play.

Dislikes

hostel mess food was bad can't bear that.
the restriction of hostel was not bearable the bad way they used to talk with us
we never used to get proper study materials .

Course Curriculum Overview

the curriculum of 1st year was not justified as we were learning yoga , biology, chemistry after our batch they changed the curriculum and i chose btech cse course since i like coding and wanted my future in cse background. the faculty was not that great but not too bad. we have to give exams every month that was called cycle tests 1,2,3 then practicals then end sem exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 200000 per year

Placement Experience

companies start coming in 3rd year . there are several companies came in our college through superset portal . 18 lpa in porter selected students from our college ZS 15lpa, 100%placement guarantee they give also says that 100%placement assistance.

Fees and Financial Aid

2 lakh per year is my fee of my course , if we get good grades and top in university we get scholarships too that means a 50,000 less in tuition fee. i got placed in amdocs ctc is 6.5 lpa. i got no scholarship in my course.

Campus Life

2.5

Rubaroo is the fest that happens in our college . there are many books in our library. library was the best place in our college. classroom has AC, tables chairs and fine furniture. ISTE, geeks for geeks club, coding blocks, srmist clubs many clubs to join, axion crew of dance club.

Hostel Facilities

hostel is worst expecially for girls since there is so restrictions for girls only boys can go wherever and whenever they want, the food they provide in mes was not bearable so we used to make our own food in room and room facilities are table chair bed attached washerooms.

Hostel Fee: INR 130000 per year

Admission

i filled an application form online a teacher of srm contacted me and gave all the details, then i went to visit college with my parents and that teacher gave us the whole tour of college met with some teachers , hostel and after submitting all the documents and fee i got admitted in the college.

Other Applied Colleges

Vellore Institute of Technology - [VIT University] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

Overall Feedback for College - Admission , Placement , Course , Faculty , Events

Likes

the security is nice at my college like proper cctv and guards , apart from that labs , and my dept is too good. Ac classroom and labs
They have provided average placement like most of companies are mass hiring like tcs and accenture ..and only few companies come to offer big package
Infrastructure is good but there is need of reconstruction at some places the water is ticking in rain season continuously, and curriculum is okay okay not that much relevant to industry , they taught text books rather than the real practical cases

Dislikes

The examination checking - the student who is cr or having any relation with teachers got highest marks without writing the answer properly
The food canteen first of all the canteen is off from the past 1 or 2 year and now it reopen but it sells dirty food , waste foods
The college professor support , they are not that much supportive

Course Curriculum Overview:

coding I am interested in coding that why I offer this course It provide some courses but not all courses are related to real world they have to use practical examples and make students aware of the real industry According to me the time and frequency is okay of exam

What I See at SRM Ghaziabad

I applied for the JEE Mains exam but I had no preparation for it, I did no coaching for any engineering entrance exam, which lead to great anxiety during the JEE exam, this lead to me not achieving a great score in the exam. I was accepted into Christ University and Vellore Institute of Technology but the NIRF rank of SRM compelled me to join here. This campus being close to my hometown was the perfect choice for me. The admission process is really straightforward and I do not need to even describe it here it is soooooo simple....Read More
