- Fees in on higher side as compared to other collleges

Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this curriculum as I have interest in it. And as you this is the time m of Computer. Curriculum prepares you very well for real world you get so much experience from it. Yes there can be made some changes in curriculum by adding more real life related subjects and workshops instead of pre learned lectures. Exams are conducted after every short period of time or you can say after a month or 2 after start of the course but the difficulty level is medium if you study daily and attend all the lectures .
Internships Opportunities
There are many companies that offer internship to thapar students. We receive mail everyday for internship from one or the other company. And recently an internship fair is also organised in the campus.
Placement Experience
Placement of the college is very good you will be placed definitely. Placement even in non tech branches are great. Around 200 companies visit every year for placement. Highest package was around 50 lakhs with average of 11.5 lakhs. Around 90% student's are placed from computer branch and 70% from non tech branches
Fees and Financial Aid
Yes tuition fees increases 10% every year. Complete cost for education is around 30 lakhs. TIET offers a wide range of Merit, Merit-cum-Means scholarships to the students of UG and PG courses. These aids seek to bring students to Thapar University regardless of their ability to pay, thus bridging the gap between the educational cost and the students’ financial circumstances. MERIT Scholarship - BE/BTech Students Merit-cum-means Scholarship for UG students: There are many good schlorships available which provide almost 100% waiver to tuition fees. Campus Life
Tiet has a wonderful campus life and very beautiful campus. Tiet has 7th largest library in the whole asia. University typically offer a range of infrastructure facilities to support student life, including libraries, sports facilities, dining halls, student centers, and recreational spaces. These facilities enhance the overall campus experience by providing resources for learning, relaxation, and extracurricular activities.
Hostel Facilities
Rooms are good as provided to other colleges many facilities are provided. Meal is very good in taste and quality . You simply have to fill a form to be eligible to get a hostel. Hostel is very affordable. You can get pg and room easily near by college in around 5000-6000 per month.
Admission
Jee mains. Yes application form on website with fees of 1500. No reservation. But you can avail punjab quota as 50% seats are reserved for Punjab candidates if you ate domicike of Punjab. Normal. No improvement required. All over it eas good.
