Course Curriculum Overview

3

I am mechanical engineer. Their is a need to upgrade course curriculum according to today's need for example subjects like mechatronics should be included and also subjects like dual otto engine which are vanished in today's date should be excluded from the curriculum.. Exams are medium to hard level Time for mid semester should be increased.. I don't think syllabus have significance in today's world as their is introduction to new fields like mechatronics but they are teaching same old stuff.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Internship opportunities given by college is not good at all.. Students have to apply directly by themselves.... However professors are cooperative as they give reffrels to their students for internship in various iits.. Professors also do help in making projects which help in campus placement

Placement Experience

3.5

6th to 8th sem students are allowed for placements.. Various companies like delloite oracale Qualcomm Honda nvedia comes to college for placements.. Almost 70-80 percent students gets placed.. Highest package 1crore plus Average package is 12 lakh per annum

Fees and Financial Aid

Fee structure.. For general male candidates is bit high in comparison to other govt collegesI. E 87k per sem... But their is relaxation for female obc /sc / St candidates. If a person comes under ews category their is fee consession provided to him

Campus Life

3.5

My college have beautiful campus... Overall campus is good and beautiful.. But outside campus is a more of outskirts so it is not a good experience.. Student activity center is provided where different sports like badminton basketball can be played

Hostel Facilities

2

Hostel facilities are not good at all.. Toilets and bathroom are very unhygienic.. 3 fans are provided with 1almirah each for every person... Their are 3let and 4let rooms.. Registration process is quite simple

Admission

Admission process was little tedious. I think admission process should become online oriented so that their is no hassle within the campus during admission process. Reservation is provided for girls and sc/St /obc students for their uplift ment. Application details can be found in college site itself Mid semester exam are of 1.5 hrs End semester are of 3 hrs with medium toughness limit Their is a need of upgradation of syllabus of core branches and system for outpass should become online

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at my college are average. A few reputed companies visit the campus each year, but the number of offers and salary packages varies depending on the branch and market conditions. Students who have strong academic performance, technical skills, internships, and good communication skills generally have better chances of getting placed.
