Placement is 100% in University which is a big opportunity for every student
Infrastructure of University is very cooperative and beautiful
Faculties are very cooperative and helpful in personal and professional problem both

Dislikes

Company don't support in late fees for any of the students
They don't care about health they just want 75% attendance any how
Rules for boys and girls are different .

Course Curriculum Overview

Our university provides us great platform to represent our work for fashion in fashion shows like Delhi times fashion week. Great lab facilities are provided by them. But somewhere our university is lacking in design knowledge because they are preparing us to present in industry not much in design.

Our university provides us scholarship on the basis of our marks . during studies in graduation If we achieve something great by presenting our work different platforms our university will provide us full scholarship including hostel and mess

Campus Life

Lpu organise some many which give us opportunity to present our talent and explore new things by different clubs and organisations. University is having big swimming to prepare the sports students for Olympic .

Admission

There was no entrance exam . For admission you should have 12th pass certificate. All the admission requirements are available on Google and the university is very cooperative for online submission too. If we are having good marks in our 12 th examination so University provide us scholarship without taking any test . If were not having good marks than University test we have to clear for scholarship which will be related to our last study of school

Best but not the great.

Likes

Overall college environment, infrastructure, behaviour and everything is good expect what I have not mentioned is overall poor or not good condition

Dislikes

I dislike many things from top to bottom.

Placement Experience:

Yes, placement drive so comes to college it's solely on the student ability to crack their dream package. Student have opt a pretty handful package. Once again I say it's all depends upon the student to opt for INCAMPUS OR OUTCAMPUS.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The examination difficulty is depends on how you studied but in this collage difficulty level is little bit though but if you studies well then it will be easier for you and the examination halll will strict no support or no copying

Think once to take admission in Chandigarh University.

Likes

Infrastructure of University is really nice.
Hostel Cafe's are open till 12 mid night
Faculty of design department is really nice. They are friendly in nature. Always ready to help even in personal work also.

Dislikes

Management of Chandigarh University is disappointing. Management is just like govt. Bank "Yha pr nhi hoga wha jao is counter pr nhi us counter pr., Lunch break, Kl aana and so on."
Sometimes management print wrong marks or name on marksheet.

Placement Experience:

Companies are come for hiring students. But for our departments they are very less companies comes. Last year in interior design only 4 students were placed. And in design department the highest placement package is 7LPA only.

Placements in this particular stream is yet average and the basic recruitments is the freelancing work we do of the design. But when the companies come the placements are good, as a matter of fact the companies are very limited

I love how huge the campus is and every corner of the campus is filled with beauty and aesthetics.
The facilities provided here is very good in a way we don’t have to go outside the university for anything.eg- shopping malls, cafés, uni hospital etc
we can connect or interact with different students from different countries and states.

Dislikes

Only cold water is provided in the hostels so if we are sick or something we have to boil the water on our own.
This campus is fully veg so we have to go outside the campus for having non veg.
We have to apply for leave (day leave , night leave) if we are staying in the hostel and is limited.

Placement Experience:

after the completion of your course you will get the placements and 95% of the students will get placed this is applicable only if work hard for what you want to achieve. after getting this degree I actually like to start my own business and be a entrepreneur.

Remarks:

It was ranked in top 10 and had good reviews.Also quite affordable compared to private colleges for fashion design. I always wanted to pursue fashion design and this college was my 2nd priority after NIFT.

Best University in Punjab.

Remarks:

excellent academic system good infrastructure cons strict timings 9:25 am to 4:30 pm sometimes we work late and to come on Saturdays also management is good and supportive

one of best university in india

Remarks:

CU is very big university so if someone has some problem it may take some time to resolve but it will resolve for sure. ci have student care center which is open 24x7 and where anyone can share their problem or complaint against anyone every student is allowed to meet higher authority directly some things which I don't like is the behaviour of security guard but then I think they all are doing it for us only.
