Entrance Preview
This college has an awesome infrastructure and research lab facilities. Most of the professors are from IIT's and did their postdoctoral abroad. The college has also good placement. All our needs are inside the campus. The college provides excellent transport and hostels.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our curriculum is almost similar to the curriculums in iit. Our first semester almost covers the csir net exam syllabus. I would rate 8 out of 10 for the course curriculum. It covers almost all the basic stuff in the beginning and advanced stuff in the later semester.
Internships Opportunities
For my course, i don't think there is any internship. But one can do Ph.D. program under any research guide. The stipend is around 16k.
Placement Experience
The placements are good as far as i heard. Many it companies like Infosys , cts hire students regularly every year. Based on the research some students are sent abroad to finish their research works
College Events
There are so many college events and culture in our college. Everythings starts with AARUSH and ends with Milan. These cultural includes almost all types of events for example dance, fashion show, western acoustics, western electrics, quiz, literary and debating events.
Fee Structure And Facilities
For my course, the fees are kinda cheap. I had to pay around 30k per year for my course. It is feasible and for this fees, we get excellent infrastructure and ac filled classrooms. It is not at all expensive. You can go for the course without worrying about the fees.
Fees and Financial Aid
I am not sure about the scholarship. But i think they do provide scholarship based on the previous marks.
Campus Life
The campus life is like living in a foreign country where you get to meet a lot of different people. This college is filled with so many talented people with different culture. The college does provide frequent workshops on different topics. We have a very good lab facility and do have all types of sports on the campus.
Hostel Facilities
As far as i heard the hostel has topnotch facilities. And the mess provides all variety of foods. The hostel fee is bit high but the cleanliness and food everything is top quality.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, they are very helpful. One of my senior suggested me to join this college and I would not regret joining this college.
Exam Structure
First, we have cycle test 1 which covers almost 2 units out of the five units and then cycle test 2 which covers the remaining 3 units. And finally, we have a model exam. The above are all for internal. The semester exam is written for 100 marks which are converted to 50 marks
Admission
As soon as the admission link was put up in the website i applied for my course. I got a call letter from the college within a few days. Then i was asked to take a DD of 30k. And then i had counselling where i got my admission immediately. The admission is mostly based on the first come first serve basis.
Faculty
All my professors are from a research institute. Most of the professors are from IIT's. And they have done their phd abroad. They have excellent knowledge of the subject and they are always available to help us without any hesitation. All our professors treat us like their friends.
