Inside of AKGEC

The syllabus for all private and government colleges of AKTU is same which is designed by AKTU. In first year of B. Tech all branch students study common syllabus and from second year syllabus gets different for each branch. The syllabus which is designed by AKTU is quite primitive and old and they need to update their syllabus. As there areany other private colleges and universities who have designed their syllabus quite advanced and according to needs of industrial needs of current scenario. Also if ur a tech branch student then u need to continuously learn new things so don't just depend on college for learning and put efforts individually.

The placement statistics of AKGEC is quite average but much better than many other private money sucking colleges. If u have studied well in ur 4 years then u can expect a good descent package from campus placement. There are many companies who visit regularly for recruitment at ALGEC. The median package for tech branch students is nearly 3.5 to 4 lpa and for core bramch students it is even low. The highest package of AKGEC is about 1 crore and amny students also get placed at 10 lpa or more than 10 lpa packages. So just focus on your skills if u want a decent package after completion of ur graduation.

The fees for first-year students is the same for all branches in AKGEC which is 141000 per year and this fee is reduced by 15000 to 20000 in the second year. You also need to pay an extra 7500 rupees for Aktu exam fees. Currently, there is not any scholarship provided by AKGEC but You can apply for the UP Scholarship if your family income is below 2 lakhs for General/OBC and below 2.5 laks for SC /ST. Our college also gives a good amount of money to those students who perform well in AKTU exams and also maintain good attendance. Our college provides some financial assistance for those students who cannot pay their whole fees at one time. Regarding campus employment, there is no such thing that exists in AKGEC. If you are not getting IITs and NITs and other tier 1 and tier 2 colleges then AKGEC is a good choice.

The campus area of AKGEC is spread over 28 acres But the location of the college is very outer from the main cities Ghaziabad and Noida. You have to travel long distances to purchase daily use things. The infrastructure is quite good for AKGEC as it is designed by GERMAN architecture and there is also a hospital INDO- GERMAN. The campus is open so fresh air always circulates in the college and there is much greenery in the college. Campus wise college is much better but the location is quite bad. Also, there are no fests and events in AKGEC and there is only one club and few societies in AKGEC that focus on cultural activities. These societies go to other colleges for fests so if u want to go to fests then u need to join these societies.

The admission in the btech course is through JEE main rank. First, you need to fill out the Registration form of UPTAC counseling through their official website. Then u need to fill Application form and give ur personal and educational information and upload ur JEE main scorecard and other required documents and pay the required fees. After registration, the counseling date will be announced and counseling will start. Counseling is conducted in 4 Rounds for private colleges of AKTU. You need to fill only those colleges and branches in which u want to take admission. After getting a seat in ur desired branch and college pay seat locking fees and ur seat will be locked. After counseling gets over u have to visit the college for physical reporting where you need to submit ur documents for physical verification and pay the rest amount of the academic fees. After this, your admission will successful. The cut-off for admission to private colleges in AKTU is quite low you can easily get a seat if your rank lies between 50k to 5lac.
