Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this degree because I have always been interested in BTech and the CSE department. I tried my hardest to get into government college but couldn't due to online coaching lessons. This college has a decent and quiet skilled faculty, They have published several academic papers under their names and they are affiliated with IITs and NIT's, to put it mildly. THe teching approach used here is likewise highly engaging. anf if cicumstances call for it, students may switch between offline and online classrooms. The exams were manageable and conducted on schedule.
Placement Experience
Starting from the 6th semester, students engage in internships and placement opportunities. Various companies including numerous startups actively recruit from campus, providing valuable learning experiences. The average package of KIIT is INR 8.5 lakhs with the highest package reaching INR 65 LPA. In the 2024 placements more than 4000 job offeres were extended by over 300 recruiters, with 62 new recruiters joing the process. The placement rate exceeded 96% and a significant number of students either secured employment or pursued higher studies. My future plans are diverse. I am considering governemnt jobs due to the mild interest.
Fees and Financial Aid
According to my investigation, there hasn't been a fee increase. The annual cost of attending this college. excluding personal expenditures, is over Rs. 500000. Allow me to explain: Academic costs per semester are Rs. 175000, while mess fees are Rs. 22500. Rs. 40000 for a 2-bed non AC hostel room each semester.
Campus Life
The annual techno-cultural Event of KIIT is called KIIT FEST. It is observed between September and October. In terms of libraries I believe this university has one of the largest institutional libraries in the nation. The cherry on top is the central library which is of five or six stories. It offers instructors and students one of the best educational materials available. A smart board, pc, projectors, cameras, air conditions, etc. are all installed in classrooms. Here at the campus there are also excellent sports facility. Each campus (indeed the university is separated into multiple minor campuses) has its own sports facility. About 25 to 30 societies and clubs are a part of KSAC.
Hostel Facilities
The accommodations feature generously size rooms equipped with wardrobes, windows, optional air conditioning, cloth hooks and more. In my opinion, the meals are decent, but perhaps my lack of familiarity with Odisha cuisine affects my taste experiences. Non vegetarians might find it enjoyable but for vegetarians it falls into the average category. To register you can complete the process on the website upon receiving an email notification.
Admission
Eligibility of the course is 60 percentage in 12th cbse board exams and for the entrance exam there is KIITEE exam and if you get under 1000 rank in this exam you will get a scholarship of worth around 480000 which means 10,000 per month under the condtion of you will maintain a cpga above 7.5.
